When a user calls another user, all we see if company name or on computer we will see the CEOs name because she has Main number in her contact information.
Where would we go to set this up properly? Or is this just what they have?
I have tried to book multiple meetings to set up my IVR phone I have one of three numbers set up and I need to do the other two. I have submitted tickets but don't know how to get back to them to respond to them and after waiting on chat for over half an hour they send me to a link that does nothing so they can end the chat with me. If I thought I was going to have to work with them long term I would cancel my subscription but hopefully once set up and it s a set and forget. I need help to finish this off happy to pay hourly rate please help me if you know what your doing with IVR phone set up?

The goal is to have a phone number that goes directly to an individual phone with no menu or intermediate step by the caller. Outgoing calls work fine but incoming calls do not come in. There is no notification of an incoming call, nothing in the Zoom call logs and the dialing phone shows "Unable to connect". Currently have the number set up with what I think should redirect straight to another line. Line A is configured to use the Main Auto Receptionist and Line B is set to take the calls (Business Hours: 24/7, Greeting Prompt: Disabled, Route to User: "Line B" - Ext 800). Any help is greatly appreciated.
This post outlines a lot of what I did (https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Phone-System/Removing-Extension-from-my-Zoom-Phone-Number/m-p/52958) but the options are a bit different now so I'm probably missing something.

Hi! I just updated to Zoom version 6.4.3 (52139). Where is the meeting information, including the Zoom link and dial-in info? I cannot find it anywhere. It used to be included in the meeting listed on the Zoom calendar. Thank you!
hi, can anyone advise if I can call a 1-800 toll free number on zoom? I have Zoom workplace installed on my Mac but I can't see anywhere on the menu bar to place a call. I didn't need to call till now, but with skype being phased out, I would need to find an alternative to do so. Currently traveling in Europe and need to find a way to call different 1-800 numbers in North America. Thanks for suggestions/advice!

I have a dual monitor setup with one screen rotated 90 degrees into portrait mode. When I share a screen from Zoom, using the PipeWire mode and xdg-portal-desktop-wlr (I'm on linux with the sway display manager), then the shared view is rotated (or unrotated, I guess, depending on perspective). Basically the shared view is incorrect and shows a rotated view. PipeWire broadcasts buffer information about transformations since this PR: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/pipewire/pipewire/-/merge_requests/1423. So the Zoom app should be able to handle this. OBS-studio, for instance, handles this gracefully and provides the correct screen shared view when used with PipeWire. Here's a link to how grim, a screenshot tool, handles this transformation information: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/emersion/grim/-/blob/master/output-layout.c?ref_type=heads I hope that's helpful. I'm on version 6.3.11 of Zoom.

Hello, I am trying to change the email address in my profile, and get this error: Unable to update email(Error code: 33000). The support chatbot recommended I try to create a new account. When I do this, I get the same error code. I don't see any information about this error code in the Knowledge Base, and I do not have a support contract. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I am having problems with Zoom on my new laptop which I have not had in years of using it before. - Black/grey boxes visible on participants' screens over any box I have open (e.g. video gallery, which I need to have open!) I have followed all the steps recommended in the FAQs (Advanced video settings, etc.) and it is still a problem. - My internet connection keeps crashing during meetings - the internet connection is still strong on my laptop, but I get "internet unstable" messages and it crashes repeatedly. My new laptop is a Lenovo if that makes any difference. Thank you in advance for any help!

someone knows how I can know who was the first to raise their hand, who was the second and so on consecutively.
Try to understand it but always the people who already have their hands raised move almost randomly
