Hello! Desired Alternative Host = Company B Is there any way to assign Alternative Hosts in this case?
Have a large meeting between several organizations. Would like to add ALTERNATIVE HOSTS for folks outside my company. When trying to do so, get a message they can't be found.
Example
Me = Company A
*Currently unable to add anyone unless they are Company A

Hi, I have an auto-receptionist that routes calls to a call queue with five agents. I also have a toll-free number. I would like customers to be able to text the toll-free number, which would follow the auto-receptionist path, allowing the agents in the call queue to receive and reply to customer SMS messages. However, I receive a message stating that my users need a Zoom Power Pack. I do not want them to have admin access—I only want them to be able to reply to SMS messages. We are a canadian non-profit organization, and I cannot afford to purchase five Zoom Power Packs for my agents. Is there a way to enable this functionality without requiring each agent to have a Power Pack? Thank you!

I try to remove virtual background from zoom meeting. From more and choose none but its not working
We are changing out company domain name, are there any Zoom admin portal knowledge articles or steps to do this? All user log in accounts will change, not finding any information on this.
I was recording a group session to my computer yesterday afternoon when there was a power cut and I lost connectivity. When I was able to access the folder later it shows a Zoom icon with the words "double_click_to_convert_01.zoom". When I do this it it opens a "Converting meeting recording" but it does not start. Perhaps the sudden shut down of the power cut has corrupted the file. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I might recover the recording? DMA001

My local area of NA has a zoom account, as it was important to continue meetings (albeit virtual) during covid. I am the zoom coordinator (if you will) for said area; and one of the meetings I scheduled for one of our groups is not appearing under the MEETINGS column...in both the desktop & web zoom client.
The common solution found on the internet doesn't work (as there are no calendars synced w/ this zoom client/account). If someone can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Without being able to see ALL scheduled meetings, I am flying blind in scheduling additional meetings; & in providing help to our area members when they have questions about meeting overlaps, etc.

On my Mac Mini (with latest everything). When I click on Zoom, I get Zoom Workspace. If I get an invite from the participants list and send it to someone, they end up in a Zoom waiting room...different from where I am. At least that happens regularly. I never know whether it will work or not. I have the feeling there are two Zoom apps running at the same time. If we both close Zoom and try again, it may work. Suggestions? Thank you.

The phone tab is not on my Zoom dashboard. I have the phone license and use my cell regularly to make and receive calls, but my phone account can't be used on my desktop since the tab is not coming up. How do I get the tab on my dashboard (signing out and back in does not help).

I accidentally misspelled my name when joining a meeting then told the sign-in window to save my name. I can't find how to reset or edit that name. Help.
