@Anonymous , it’s crucial to implement this feature promptly. I host daily meetings with 500 participants in large auditoriums, and the inability to adjust the font size of participants names is a major hindrance. As a result, we’re seriously considering switching to other platforms solely because of this limitation.

Good morning! We are experiencing some of our Poly Edge phones losing the BLF and Speed dial positions assigned by Zoom user settings. It seems to be temporarily resolved by a phone power cycle. Any thoughts one what could be causing this?
Can I set a recurring meeting...only for to "the first two" Thursdays of every month? Not weekly, not biweekly.. the first two only, and using the same dial in?? We should be able to set this up ourselves. I do not want to confuse my members .. Help.

For the first time, I chose to allow the AI companion to join the meeting. I am both the admin of the account and the host/organizer of the meeting. The plan is Workplace Pro. Following the meeting, on the main dashboard, I pulled down the AI Companion option to choose 'Summarize this Meeting'. I received this message: Sorry, I cannot answer your question because you don't have the permission to access the meeting transcript. My settings seem to be correct, so I'm not sure what I need to do to get meeting summaries in the future. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Experiencing a regression since upgrading from 6.2.x to 6.3.10.7150. When I share my screen, the first time it works as expected. The second time, it just shares a black screen. If I force-kill the zoom client, and re-join the meeting, I can share again.

Whenever I share a hyperlink to may participants, they are not able to click on it. This is a major issue as it hampers my webinars. My browser is updated and I use Chrome. None of the link that I share with my participants are clickable.
Considering "Zoom trolling" has become a popular YouTube trend, I hope that zoom would do more to help prevent these types of interruptions. One feature that would help is to automatically block any users that go over a certain decibel level. Often these users use tactics of "jump scares" and use loud clips to jolt members. I hope that Zoom can implement this and other strategies so we can continue to actually do our work.

I am unable to sign in to my account because I am not receiving the verification code sen to my phone by SMS. And it is impossible to contact support since all support options need me to sign in. I had this issue since months. Finally, I created a new account to be able to post here. This is what I tried so far: 1) Tried creating a support ticket (asks me to sign in) 2) Tried to get help using the chatbot (directs me to the sign in page) 3) Tried to post here in the community pages (asks me to sign in) 4) Tried phone support (asks for an ID which I can only access by signing in) 5) Created an alternative account to create a ticket (ticket automatically closed saying I need to sign in with the account with the issue) This is like a joke ! Can someone please help me?
