I recently upgraded to a new Macbook Pro with Monterey, and since then Zoom has been giving me problems with the webcam I use for my home office.

 

I use a Logitech c922 camera with the LogiTune software to crop the camera to focus only on a part of my home office background. However, every time Zoom grabs camera access (including starting a meeting, turning the camera on and off, or even going into video preferences), it treats it as if I am using the default camera settings, ignoring the LogiTune setup.

 

I can restore the settings by going back to the LogiTune setup process (at which point Zoom recognizes the settings I put in beforehand), but I don't want to be showing my full background for the first 10-15 seconds of each meeting I have.

 

This is also *only* a Zoom problem -- all other applications that use the camera accept the LogiTune settings without issue. This is also an issue with alternate Logitech software (G Hub) that again works with all other programs.

 

This issue might be related to another unsolved problem with Logitech cameras not working in HD on new Macs (https://community.zoom.com/t5/Chat/Anybody-else-having-problem-with-Logitech-webcam-with-the-new/m-p/22394#!) since the solutions seem to be similar.

 

But has anyone found settings in Zoom that can be changed to fix this issue, or any other workaround?

Error code 13218

We are trying to get users to join a webinar without the Zoom link but rather with the meeting ID but we get Error Code 13218 and we do not know how to troubleshoot it. Is it just a feature that is not allowed when doing webinars?

I’m experiencing an issue with the Zoom app on Android where my calls keep switching between the phone's speakers and Bluetooth. This makes it difficult to hear the other person. I have to manually switch to speaker mode, which is quite frustrating, especially when I'm driving and need to use hands-free. Zoom keeps switching the audio source during calls. Is there a way to fix it?

Oneplus Pad GO - Does Zoom background work on it?

I am not getting virtual background option in my Zoom app on Oneplus Pad Go. Has anybody faced a similar issue?

Is virtual background not supported on oneplus Pad Go?

Microphone works in "Settings" test, but not in meeting

I'm a newbie. I installed Zoom (on my Mac).

 

Under Settings, my microphone works fine. However when I launch a test meeting, the microphone does not work.

 

Any ideas??

EpocCam not recognized by Zoom on new Mac

Bought a new Macbook and when I launch zoom it doesn't recognize my ipad's EpocCam.  Downloaded an EpocCam type alternative and that app sees my ipad but Zoom doesn't offer that connection as an alternative source either; when clicking on the video icon.   What switch haven't I clicked that I'm supposed to click?  Downloaded drivers and apps and everything I think I'm supposed to download to both ipad and Mac.... thanks for any thoughts.

Sync Zoom Opt In Information over to Salesforce Contact

Is it possible to sync the Opt-In/Out Verification status from within Zoom Phone over to a Salesforce contact?

Currently, I only see this status live within he SMS Logs within Phone System Management.

Running MacPro here and trying to output audio to a different sound device.  

I have several aggregate devices that I set up for different scenarios.  The are all hosted by the same 32ch interface.  This particular set up is supposed to take audio out on ch 15-16 but instead, It keeps playing it on channels 1 & 2.    Is it because Zoom does not recognize aggregate devices?  It plays it on first two channels of the default interface even though in preferences is chosen an aggregate device.

 

I hope you understand what am saying 🙂

 

Any ideas?

I reached out to support but the confirmed this is not possible currently. We answer phones on a physical phone, but to help assist the staff answering the phone we were hoping the use the call summary and live transcription features in the app. It is not currently possible if the app is paired to the phone and the phone answers to the call to get those features.
