ON IPAD: Up until this week, June 16, 2024, if someone shared their screen during a meeting, it would go back to gallery view, which is the correct view/setting.
Now when a participant ends a screen-share session, it goes automatically into speaker view. I have to manually find a moment to switch it back. I am a court reporter, and I have very little time to take my hands off my writer to do that.
What is going on? I'm not the only one who is having this issue. Three people I know already told me they are having it too. I just hope there is a fix.

We have our agents on auto answer but noticed calls getting to the overflow queue earlier than our time settings. When we looked into the call, the event details seem to indicate the agent 'Hung Up'' but it still moved to overflow? Wouldnt the call end if our agent hangs up? Could someone help explain this behavior so we can coach to prevent it from happening in the future?

I keep asking the chatbot how to see all my personal telephone numbers in the dial pad screen of Zoom Desktop app. But it keeps telling me to log into my online Zoom account to see these numbers and edit/add them. You can't see your telephone contacts without logging into online Zoom? I wan to see them in the Desktop app without opening a browser and logging into Zoom. Is this possible? As it is I have to start typing in a name in the dial pad screen and it pops up sugestions. No way to see the entire list?

Both yesterday and today I've had system crashes while on a zoom meeting as a participant. My screen froze, time didn't change, I could still see and move my mouse but clicks had no effect nor did keyboard. I had to restart. I checked for updates but I'm up to date. Something up with zoom?

I have recently integrated calendly with my zoom account, same log ins and emails but in Calendly, I click on the zoom link and it says 'hot hasn't yet joined meeting' or on my zoom calendar, some of the meetings aren't listed, which are in calendly. Please advise.

I recently downgraded my Zoom plan from Zoom Pro to Zoom Basic Plus and had a frustrating experience when my meeting abruptly ended after 40 minutes. I couldn't find any clear instructions on Zoom’s website, there was no way to contact support, and I couldn't locate any helpful posts on the topic. Today, while hosting a meeting, I figured out how to extend the meeting time on my own and would like to share the method. 1. There is a common misconception that the extension button appears as soon as the meeting starts. This is incorrect. In my case, the button only became active about 20 minutes into the meeting.
2. The extension button appears at the top right corner of the Zoom meeting window. It is located just to the left of the buttons used to maximize or close the window.
3. The extension button is not visible unless you move your mouse to that location.
I hope this information is helpful to other Zoom Basic Plus users. For reference, I am using Microsoft Windows on a desktop computer.

We use the transcripts of our phone conversations, by pasting them into ChatGPT and creating custom responses for our cases. We need the transcripts in order to have GPT create these responses. I didn't see ZOOM being able to provide these transcripts.

Since yesterday, the contacts of the organization in the application have disappeared from all users of the company. Someone has the latest versions of Zoom, and today they disappeared on all versions of ZOOM after restarting.
this is absolutely unacceptable. and it is new from today. my zoom link sent out to a student yesterday did not include an ad. i know i am using a free service. if you want to send me ads, fine. don't try to send them to my students, partners, business contacts. that is just shady as feck.

Hello, How can I remove checks from check boxes in the invite options of outcall?? My customers are not good at English and they can not press 1 to join into the meetings. It's desirable that they can just pick up my call and get into the meetings directly.
