Hi All, We are a school with Zoom VOIP phone service and a mix of Polycom VVX 311 and VVX 411 phones. In one of our buildings, we perform intercom paging by calling into an Algo 8301 IP Paging Adapter which is paired to a Bogen PCM2000 zone paging system. When the algo receives our call, it plays a chime to let us know it has answered. We then need to press some buttons on our phone to signal to the PCM2000 which zone we would like to talk to. For example, the button press we use most often is *01 to page to just our internal building speakers. Our issue is that the button presses are very laggy when we do them from the Polycoms. The tones don't come out right away and often come out in a burst all at once. It doesn't matter how fast or slow we dial the sequence. There's always an unpredictable timing to the tones coming out. Because of that, we frequently need to try multiple times before the Bogen PCM2000 gets the signal and initiates the intercom page. Two very important things to note about this situation: (1) we don't have this issue when calling into the Algo from the Zoom smartphone app, and (2) in another building of ours where we have the Algo but not the Bogen, we don't have this issue. Based on the above, it's my assumption that the issue lies with how the Algo or the Polycom talks to the Bogen. I know this is a long stretch, but I'm hoping someone might have a generic suggestion to resolve this like "Switch your DTMF detection type to X instead of Y." Please let me know any ideas you might have. Thank you!

Hello, We are holding a meeting open to our industry next week, posted this on LinkedIn with link to the registration page, and have gotten over 100 bogus registrants. Why did this happen and how to avoid in the future? Also, can I just cancel their registration or have things been compromised with the meeting? Thank you!

Bluetooth headphones worked fine until recently. Now, when I join a meeting, I get the select join audio on the lower left. Selections are WiFi or Dial in. When I select WiFi, I get a message "you are using device audio". In addition, when I go to More..., there is a Disconnect audio highlighted in red with a headphone icon with a small x underneath. I have gone through all the setting and cannot figure out how to have Zoom recognize my headset. I have tried on other devices and I get the same messages, so I know it is my Zoom settings. On other applications, my bluetooth earphones work fine.

Hello. A few days ago, I was adjusting my mic settings and what I did is I unmuted myself and then muted the mic (It has a feature that allows me to mute the mic) for reference I have a Fifine A6V microphone. As soon as I did this I was kicked out of the meeting and every time I would try to rejoin and click on "Join with audio" it would kick me out again. I could only see everyone in the meeting but I couldn't hear anything. I was able to fully join the meeting once I unplugged the mic. Now, every time I have my mic plugged, go to settings and click on "Audio" it closes the settings window. I don't understand what happened and I'd appreciate if anyone could help me find a solution for this problem, since I have an online class every day and I need the audio quality to be good so I can be better understood. Thanks for reading.

Lately it has happened a few times that while being in a meeting, the app had an error and crashed, the issue being afterwards it was impossible to start a meeting again. I tried to solve it by updating the app, restarting my computer, de-installing the app and installing it again, of which the latter worked so far. Many thanks!
But this morning it didn't work, and I suspect the problem is that after crashing the app still thinks to be in a meeting, which seems to make it impossible to start a meeting again. I also tried stopping the meetings from my 'task manager', but that also didn't work today.
Does anyone have ideas on what might cause this problem and more importantly, what I can do to solve it?

Hello! Windows 11, zoom version 6.3.11 (60501), laptop MSI.
For the last couple of weeks have been facing this problem: I join the meeting (which I host), the window of the meeting appears for a sec and then it starts reconnecting over and over again. After 5-6 trials it crashes and nothing happens. I uninstalled and installed the app, but it didn't help.

I didn't know the reason for real, but I noticed that when I try to click on the audio settings the app crash, I asked then I found that I put my mic default format to the max 192kHz then I asked copilot, and I found out that zoom app crashes if your mic format is higher than 48kHz so that is the reason I hope I helped someone to fix this problem.

Hello, everyone I always enjoyed to monitor each meeting duration by checking that timer over the right top of Zoom app window, during the meeting itself. But it suddenly vanished today. Can anyone please guide me - step by step - how to put it back? I just coudn't find it.
