Can't find Phone recordings or transcripts?

I can't find my phone call transcripts or recordings. I can see in the log that the recordings were made, but no way to listen to or download them. I asked the chat box, but it couldn't understand the question. maybe this helps this is my plan Zoom W...

hear outgoing call recordings. When I try to reveiew the recording it says I don't have permission

I get a message "You need permission to access call recordings. Please contact your Admin to request access" I can't find where to go to get this access and to make it confusing I am the owner of the account and the sole user so I must be the admin. ...
