I'll go first 😁. I'm a huge Marvel fan, so it would have to be a Marvel character. Narrowing this down to one character is extremely hard though, but I would have to choose Iron Man. I would love to pick his brain 🤓

I signed up for a Zoom trial but forgot to turn off renewal. After the trial period on March 15, the system automatically renewed the annual Zoom Workplace Pro subscription through the Google Play Store, so I would like to request a refund. I canceled the subscription through Google Play and I kindly request that you consider processing the refund as an exception.

I have emailed to support team as well as Submit a request but have not received a response. Where can I track my request.

I'd like to resend the confirmation email to all of them, but unfortunately under Meeting/Registrations I can resend the email just to the people 1 page at the time.

I have 50 pages of registrants, and I should do the process manually 50 times 😕

 

Is there another way to resend the confirmation email to everyone?

I’ve been looking into ways to automate customer support for my ecommerce store using Zoom and integrating it with Sellvia, my order fulfillment platform. The goal is to provide real-time, personalized assistance to customers by scheduling Zoom calls automatically based on their order status or any issues they may encounter.

Has anyone here worked on integrating Zoom’s API with third-party ecommerce systems, particularly for order management and support? I’m specifically interested in automating customer meeting scheduling, syncing order updates, and using Zoom’s API to streamline the support process.

Google Ads Conversions From Registrations

Running ads for a company to promote a webinar each month. The problem I am facing is that when a potential client clicks the registration page link, all the Google click id info is lost. Is there an integration or process I can use to preserve the date (URL parameters) from the Source Page and carry that over to the Registration Page?

 

I already know a process using Zapier to link the Zoom participant creation to create a conversion in Google Ads. The problem is that without the click ID, Google can only see that a conversion was tracked, but it has no idea what caused the conversion.

 

Client Path diagramed below:

 

Ad Clicked --> Our LP -(All click data lost here)-> Zoom Meeting Registration LP --> Creates Google Conversion.

 

 

Essentially the problem now is that Google brings in leads, but doesn't understand, due to lack of detailed feedback, which clicks the leads are coming from.

 

Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
