Saving a regular zoom invitation link

Hi. I have a regular weekly meeting using the same link that the host sent me in the first meeting. How and where can I save this link in Zoom so that I can easily access before each meeting? There are any number of tutorials on how to create and save your own links but this is about saving and accessing someone else's.

From what I can tell, I have seen this feature request echoed in community comments going back to at least 2022, and yet this simple essential feature still hasn't been added to the app. Only events you host get added to the calendar. Invitees are left to fend for themselves.
With so many good alternatives to Zoom out there now, I would think they would want to retain their base by keeping up with basic usability features... oh well, it was good while it lasted.

  • Same here. Basically, someone posted a link for a workshop in their webpage. There's no email invitation. I want to be able to copy the link and save it into Zoom. So, that would require the link to contain or point to details of the meeting: date, time, owner, etc. Really wondering why this is not a basic feature, or else's it is there and I can't figure it out.

While you are unable to save someone else's link to your Zoom account you can ask the host to send a reminder ahead of each occurrence or to share a calendar invite that you can add to your calendar. There is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send reminders and calendar invites for recurring meetings in order to streamline this.
