Vote now Hi, There is a glitch in the zoom program. When a zoombombing occurs and we Suspend Participant Activities- the participants should not be able to do anything at all. But, they can use the react button. And raise their hand and put their hand down over and over, thus making their square jump to the front of the cue and then back to their original spot. This is occurring on multiple paid accounts with very strict security settings set up. And if there are multiple zoombombers at the same time, then multiple people are raising their hand over and over and they then are jumping to 2 squares each. Making it much more difficult to remove and report them. Why does the zoom program allow all participants to "react" when the host has enabled the "suspend participant activities" which is supposed to freeze and lockdown everything? Thank you

I get a message "You need permission to access call recordings. Please contact your Admin to request access" I can't find where to go to get this access and to make it confusing I am the owner of the account and the sole user so I must be the admin. All I want to do is hear the recording of an outgoing call. Thanks for the help

I upgraded to zoom one pro on 25th April. I had my first zoom meeting today and it ended after 40 minutes even though on zoom one pro there shouldn't be a time limit. I have a meeting tonight and cant have it end after 40 minutes. Can anyone help please?

Hi - I recently purchased a Macbook Air OS and I haven't had this experience before - My Cursor disappears whenever I share my screen (no other time) does anyone know how to fix this?
I can't see part of the admin console because there is a pop-up I can't remove relating to Otter and Zoom. Add AI Notetaker The options given by the chatbot don't work and I know there are buttons/menu selections behind this and I can't access them. Regards
How do I get rid of this?

I was working with a customer who had a brand new Dell XPS 15 9520. They are experiencing a problem with audio as follows: 1. Audio works completely fine (mic and speakers) outside of Zoom 2. When joining a Zoom meeting through their Outlook calendar, Zoom seems to disable the audio devices altogether. Zoom says that it is unable to detect audio devices and to switch to another device. This issue persists after the meeting has ended and then the PC will not play any audio. The sound devices are still listed in the device manager. 3. When the PC is rebooted, the audio comes back. When starting a meeting from the Zoom desktop client, the problem does not occur. This seems to only occur when the meeting is joined via invite link on an Outlook calendar. For troubleshooting: 1. Reinstalled Zoom desktop client and Zoom Outlook plugin from zoom.us 2. Uninstalled NVIDIA audio driver 3. Installed realtek audio driver 6.0.9285.1 from dell.com/support. I have not seen this issue on any Windows 10 device that I support, only this Windows 11 system. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hello! Our IT/Zoom Admin accounts installed the Pardot package for zoom. It seemed as if they added me and my team to the list of people who can access it. However, when I go to add pardot to my individual zoom account it is blocked saying I don't have permission. Where can I go in settings that verifies that I have the app? I would assume if it was added it would say "added/installed" on marketplace page not asking me to "add" it even though it's blocked off. It clearly says below I don't have permission to add it and I showed this to IT. However they are insisting my issue is on the Pardot side. On Pardot side I have 0 connected apps for webinars atm... I'm just hoping someone can confirm that IT needs to add permission for me to actually add the app or am I missing something????' Thanks!
