Vote now My organization has hundreds of recordings from weekly webinars over the years. Is it possible to generate a transcript for these existing recordings and if so, how would I do this. All my searching only leads to generating transcripts going forward and the answers do not seem to be applicable to this specific use case. Thanks

I am trying to download the Q&A section for the session I just ran today but it shows up as 0 in the summary analytics. There were about 28 questions so I know for sure there are more than 0. Let me know how to obtain this info. thx!
How can I create a survey after any regular Zoom meetings. Idea is to create some customized Survey and that will be asked to people while leaving the Zoom meeting, or at the end of the meeting.
(I don't want to make that as a webinar)
Hi everyone. Can someone point me to where I can find the release schedule for Zoom Phone? There was a recent update to the call logs which really threw me for a loop. I found the release notes but obviously too late. I'm mostly familiar with Salesforce where they publish pre-release notes that tell you what's coming. I'm looking for something similar for Zoom Phone so I'm not caught off guard after the next release. Thanks!

Hello, We currently have a Call Queue set up with 3 users. However, these users have varying availability hours to take calls (e.g., 7am-10am, 2pm-5pm, etc.). How can we go about making sure that the calls are only routed to available users? Does this happen automatically if the user were to set their availability hours under Phone > Call Handling? This is a little tricky, because the users are available for all other types of call between 7-5, but they just only monitor the call center during select hours. Is there a way to attach availability to calls that come in through the Call Queue specifically? What about the Opt-Out function? Would that be useful here? Thank you so much! Kind Regards

Is there a way to manage ownership of those that respond to received messages or calls. In a team of 8 persons, we are often unsure of who managed/responded to a specific call. Within the Zoom messages, how can we "initial" who has assumed responsibility for any particular call or message? Thank you Zoom community Kenny

Hello! Here's what I'm trying to do. I want to connect to a Zoom meeting on an iPhone and use an external microphone for the audio. I have tested the external microphone and it works when recording a video, but once I switch over to Zoom, the audio goes through the phone and bypasses the microphone. I'm GUESSING that is because the microphone is input only and not output, but I'm wondering if anyone has successfully used an external wireless mic for speaking to a Zoom meeting. Thank you!

Paid for PRO and need it today to do a live webinar. Followed all the steps suggested in support form and still I am stuck in Basic. The chat bot is worthless.
How can I get this fixed? I tried assigning user per the form here and it keeps saying I need to buy a license and don't have one available. I already upgraded.

I tried to create a summary of a 2 hour meeting last night but nothing has arrived in my email. So I tried a test meeting today (with just myself!) and I spoke for a few minutes having clicked "start summary" at the beginning and "stop summary" at the end. I did get an email this time, but it says "****'s Zoom Meeting could not be generated due to insufficient transcript." What am I doing wrong? I'm not sure what kind of account I have, but it is a paid for version. Thanks in advance.

I have purchased the "Zoom Phone Australia & New Zealand Unlimited Calling" today. But when I try to call the Zoom test number 8378 or my mobile phone, it keeps saying "The requested service is not available in your calling plan". Can anyone help me with this? Thank you very much!
