Vote now We have a shared phone group for our front reception desk that has a few members of our administrative staff who rotate behind the desk when our dedicated reception is out of the office. Recently, they brought to our attention that they get bombarded with voicemails from the main office line when they have the shared phone group turned off. Is there a setting that I am overlooking that includes suppression of them getting voicemails on top of phone calls when they toggle off the shared group as they no longer need to be answering calls from that line?

Recently in the share screen settings, the "share powerpoint as virtual background" option is greyed out and has a yellow triangle on the corner of it. I have checked if the virtual background is enabled, (it is). have updated the app on my mac, and have tried to restart, uninstall and reinstall. but to no avail!. Can anyone offer a suggestion???

Our company uses Zoom to provide one-on-one tutoring to students. We create the zoom account and when a verification code is required, it comes to our central email address. Normally we see requests if a student is at a different location or using a different device to log on with, but for the past week, we have seen an influx of verification code requests with no change in location or device. Has there been a change within Zoom that is requiring a new code for each log in on certain devices? Thank you
