I don't see "Record" button during phone call. Could you please help me to enable it?
When i'm trying to launch zoom meeting using Boss Gigcaster 8 mixer , and trying to open audio configuration the zoom application crashed. When I"m using Zoom version 6.2.6 , It works ok. All the new versions crashed.
When I return to a meeting on Zoom app calendar, I have the option to 'summarise the meeting' and ask 'what was discussed in the meeting' etc via the AI companion. But sometimes it says I do not have permission.
"Sorry, I cannot answer your question because you don't have the permission to access either the meeting transcript or the meeting summary."
It works on some meetings, and I am an admin and I have looked at all the permissions and cannot see anything obvious.
Any ideas?

I am on a Mac and there is purple icon in my menu that I have never seen before, when I scroll over it, it says "zoom.us is capturing your computer screen" but I was not on a live zoom call. first, I quit zoom. still there. then I just went ahead and deleted the app from my computer: still there. now I am going to restart. better not be there when I get back.

Tested version: 6.3.5 (54827) Trying to open the audio settings or making a call with a microphone configure with a high frequency makes the window crash instantly. Mic configuration: 1 channel, 24 bits, 192000 Hz To reproduce: - Change the microphone settings to 1 channel, 24 bits, 192000 Hz in the windows sound config - Try to either make a call or open the settings in the audio session - The call / settings window will instantly crash Workaround - Set the microphone to use a lower frequency (like 96000 Hz or lower)

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone can help me out here. My Zoom desktop app crashes every time I connect my condenser microphone. The video works perfectly, but as soon as I plug in the mic, the app quits. Interestingly, the web version works fine with the mic, but the video quality there isn’t great. I’ve tried all the basic troubleshooting steps—rebooting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, checking and installing updates for both my PC and the app, resetting, running a disk cleanup, and even deleting data—but nothing has worked. This has never happened before, and I’m really stuck on what to try next. Any advice would mean a lot. Thanks so much in advance!

Can't find an answer anywhere here, so asking the community. I have been using Zoom for several years, and over the past month or so the audio stopped working when sharing a video using 'Share Screen'. I teach English 1-to-1 on Zoom, and often use YouTube videos as part of the lesson. Before anyone asks, I have updated and reinstalled Zoom, and the problem is happening on both Windows and Mac. I have "share sound" selected, and have tried using "optimise for video sharing" as well as not optimising (never used to need to do this) I am using a Platronics mic and have this as the system audio, (as always) for mic and headphones. I thought it might be a copyright thing, and tried it with Spotify, and it doesn't work with that either, nor does it with iTunes music. It's really impacting my lessons, and it's annoying because I'm paying for Zoom yet I'm not getting what I need. It's worked for years and suddenly it stopped working... I didn't change anything, and I really have tried all the solutions I can find online. Any suggestions welcome!

I’m working on a prototype app where HeyGen will talk to people to collect some data.
• I’m the host of a Zoom meeting, but I’m scheduling it for another user (a guest)
• I send the meeting link to HeyGen so the bot can join using this same account that booked the meeting
• When the HeyGen avatar enters the meeting, Zoom shows a pop-up that the host needs to approve
• But the host (me) is not in the meeting, so no one approves the pop-up
• Because of this, HeyGen can’t hear the guest

I am an admin in my company account. I would like to switch off the "Meeting summary with AI Companion". Unfortunately, this is not possible. I get the message "Blocked by administrator". But I am the administrator. How can I switch off the summary with AI Companion? My ZOOM version is 6.4.0
