When my attendees try to register for my webinar they keep receiving this message "This webinar is for authorized registrants only. Please enter another email address."

Did you figure anything out? I'm also having trouble with people registering for my Zoom sessions.

Having the same problem, were you able to resolve it and if so how?
2025-03-23 10:24 AM
No, it was never resolved or addressed whatsoever. I tried contacting Zoom. The person who was trying to pay tried contacting Zoom. No reply. They said they had a time schedule to talk with someone to troubleshoot, and that person stood them up. I ended up leaving OnZoom altogether because of it. Disappointing!

Hello Community Members,
I'm sorry for the late response and the inconvenience.
You have two options depending on what you need.
Option 1: If the event is meant for everyone to join, the easiest option is to remove registration. Then anyone with the link can register, and a link will be automatically sent to them.
Option 2: Turn on registration and under Invitations > switch to Manual Approve. This would allow the event owner to vet the registration, but that would also mean they need to check each of them. Upon approval, registrants will then receive a link to join.
