Hello, I have two questions related to the Zoom for SF Lightning Integration and more specifically actions within the OpenCTI Phone Dialer. My company is using the Zoom Contact Center product for reference, and I have everything operating correctly and have walked through the Zoom Admin guide for setting up the integration for Salesforce - this post is asking about how we can enhance the behavior of the Phone dialer, if that is possible. Use Case 1 We have a use case where if an agent receives an inbound call, and there are multiple contacts and cases with the phone number calling in listed - we have the screen pop set up so that all of these Cases and Contacts will appear in the SF search page - when the agent clicks on any of the matching contact or case records, the Task (i.e. the Engagement, its the info you see when you click the clipboard in the dialer) that is created ultimately at the end of the call lists the last contact and / or case that the agent clicks on - but we want this to happen in realtime as the agent clicks through various contacts and case while they are on the call. I can't attach screenshots but I hope that makes sense. Is something like this possible? Use Case 2 When agents are on a call, they are able to add notes to an engagement (via the phone dialer clipboard icon) by adding the notes and clicking 'Publish'. Is there a way to automatically add notes to the engagement, or a hot key of some kind, so that the notes can be added without needing to click 'Publish'? Or alternatively if the notes can be added, and when the engagement is wrapped up (by clicking done in the phone dialer), any notes entered can be automatically saved. Is something like this possible?

Hello, I'm new to Zoom. I have a work zoom link that I log in from Toronto, Canada and I have to travel to Jamaica and want to continue working remotely. My question is, do I use the same Zoom address link that I was given in Canada to log in the meeting when I'm located in Jamaica? Does the Zoom link once given, work anywhere in the world? Thanks!

Hi there,
I was wondering if there is a difference between the Zoom for Government Workspace desktop app msi installer and the regular Zoom Workspace desktop app installer?
Thank you!
I have Workplace Pro. When I'm in a Zoom Meeting I usually get kicked off at some point. Is there a reason why this happens? I feel I pay a lot of money for the service only to get disappointed in a meeting. What can I do to prevent this from happening. I am usually on my laptop with this occurs.

I need to know if a same document can be shared to the attendees after they are in their Break Out rooms. Can I share the document on the General Screen so that it is visble to all the attendees even after they are assigned to Break out Rooms?
This morning everything was working fine. Then, suddenly after a meeting I had, every single recording that I have there in the cloud, around 30 recordings needed for work were removed. I’ve paid immediately, however I’m not able to find these cloud recordings. Someone know how to recover it?

I have purchased the "Zoom Phone Australia & New Zealand Unlimited Calling" today. But when I try to call the Zoom test number 8378 or my mobile phone, it keeps saying "The requested service is not available in your calling plan". Can anyone help me with this? Thank you very much!

I recently upgraded to a new Macbook Pro with Monterey, and since then Zoom has been giving me problems with the webcam I use for my home office. I use a Logitech c922 camera with the LogiTune software to crop the camera to focus only on a part of my home office background. However, every time Zoom grabs camera access (including starting a meeting, turning the camera on and off, or even going into video preferences), it treats it as if I am using the default camera settings, ignoring the LogiTune setup. I can restore the settings by going back to the LogiTune setup process (at which point Zoom recognizes the settings I put in beforehand), but I don't want to be showing my full background for the first 10-15 seconds of each meeting I have. This is also *only* a Zoom problem -- all other applications that use the camera accept the LogiTune settings without issue. This is also an issue with alternate Logitech software (G Hub) that again works with all other programs. This issue might be related to another unsolved problem with Logitech cameras not working in HD on new Macs (https://community.zoom.com/t5/Chat/Anybody-else-having-problem-with-Logitech-webcam-with-the-new/m-p/22394#!) since the solutions seem to be similar. But has anyone found settings in Zoom that can be changed to fix this issue, or any other workaround? Thanks!

We are trying to get users to join a webinar without the Zoom link but rather with the meeting ID but we get Error Code 13218 and we do not know how to troubleshoot it. Is it just a feature that is not allowed when doing webinars?
