Hi, How do I disable this pop up when someone raises their hand? The participants who've raised their hands get moved to the top of the gallery as it is. This pop up seems unhelpful and besides that the host has to keep closing the pop up each time someone raises their hand. In the participants panel we get two more notifications for a raised hand: Please disable the pop up message. Thank you!

I’m currently using the Zoom Basic plan to create instant meetings through API requests and display them on my website using the component view. I noticed that with both the Basic and Pro plans, I can’t host multiple meetings at the same time. If I purchase the Video SDK Pay As You Go plan, will I be able to host multiple meetings simultaneously?

Somehow the chat function is not visible for my participants in my 'meeting'. I enabled it in all my settings. It's still not visible. What can I do??
Did you know that you can link accounts to an organization? Account owners and administrators have the capability to link several Zoom accounts to form an organization. Once these accounts are linked, they will have the ability to efficiently search for contacts, engage in chat, and conduct meetings. By linking your accounts as an organization, members will be relieved from the necessity of manually adding contacts from associated accounts to facilitate communication. The requirement for linking accounts to an organization is that Account owner or Admin with the privilege to edit Account Profile settings. Please take a moment to check out this Knowledge Base Article about Linking Accounts to an Organization. It provides detailed information on Creating a New Organization, Managing Linked Accounts as the Owner, and Linking an Existing Organization. By linking your accounts, you can efficiently manage multiple accounts with the convenience of assigning a single administrator, thereby reducing the complexity of having multiple administrators across your various accounts.

We have a teams room that can attend Zoom meetings. Often times we get an invite for a zoom meeting and the ical is not sent, just a link to join the meeting. We need the ical so I can add our teams room to the meeting. Is there a way to get the ical from a meeting invite link without having to reach out to the sender and ask them to resend with an ical invite?

I recently upgraded to a new Macbook Pro with Monterey, and since then Zoom has been giving me problems with the webcam I use for my home office. I use a Logitech c922 camera with the LogiTune software to crop the camera to focus only on a part of my home office background. However, every time Zoom grabs camera access (including starting a meeting, turning the camera on and off, or even going into video preferences), it treats it as if I am using the default camera settings, ignoring the LogiTune setup. I can restore the settings by going back to the LogiTune setup process (at which point Zoom recognizes the settings I put in beforehand), but I don't want to be showing my full background for the first 10-15 seconds of each meeting I have. This is also *only* a Zoom problem -- all other applications that use the camera accept the LogiTune settings without issue. This is also an issue with alternate Logitech software (G Hub) that again works with all other programs. This issue might be related to another unsolved problem with Logitech cameras not working in HD on new Macs (https://community.zoom.com/t5/Chat/Anybody-else-having-problem-with-Logitech-webcam-with-the-new/m-p/22394#!) since the solutions seem to be similar. But has anyone found settings in Zoom that can be changed to fix this issue, or any other workaround? Thanks!

Is it possible to use the camera with Zoom on a Cisco 8865. Also, I'm looking for guidance on how to get the most out of it as it relates to Zoom Phone. Any information you can send my way would be greatly appreciated. TIA
I recently started experiencing horrible static feedback when I switch on the Orginal Sound feature. I use a MacBook Air and Rode ll mic system. Everything worked fine until a month ago, now I cannot figure out what the issue is...I've done updates, restarts, changed cables, new mics and still the horrible sound persists. I cannot hear it while the meeting in on, but the clients can hear the buzzing static and it's on the recording. So I'm doing a million test recordings to trouble shoot but nothing is working! Please, anyone, help!

I had this problem. My account was linked to Facebook, but I needed to log in not through Facebook, but through my mail and password. I found the instructions and turned off Facebook login in the settings. Now I'm trying to reset my password, but I get an email that says: But I can't log in via Facebook as I have disabled this feature. How do I access my account?
We have received a request to change your account password. The system states that you can log in to Zoom through Facebook. Click on the button below and select login via Facebook.
