Vote now I am using an evo4 audio interface and I need to do online music lessons through zoom but whenever I am in a meeting or testing my audio, zoom automatically changes my input volumes on my evo4. The option "Automatically adjust microphone volume" is turned off and in fact grayed out and I can't even interact with it. If I go into more detail, my mic channel volume is maxed out on my evo4 because it sounds small and my guitar channel volume is set low to balance both my output volumes. However, zoom for some reason keeps changing my evo4 input volumes so that both channels are set to the same level, making my guitar sound way too loud compared to my mic. It keeps doing it automatically no matter what I try. It works fine on other apps like discord, but for some reason zoom decides to mess with my audio interface. Please help, this is very frustrating.

Hello, I've been working as a legal videographer recording depositions remotely over zoom. For purposes of the deposition video, I have the witness pinned for the duration of the meeting. According to other people that I work with, on their systems (generally Windows) when one of the lawyers initiates a screen share, they adjust slider to make the witness take up about 1/3rd of the screen. Their recorded videos generally reflect what was on screen during the meeting. I am using a MacBook Pro and a Mac mini - both systems when the screen sharing starts I drag the slider to about midway through the screen. When I view the recorded file, the witness starts out as a VERY small thumbnail and no matter how far I drag the slider their video in the recording takes up about 1/5th of the screen. I would really like to figure out a way to make the final video look like my screen during the meeting without having to use 3rd party software to record the window. Any help greatly appreciated.

Does anyone else struggle with Zoom Meetings with No Fixed Time changing to fixed times whenever a meeting link is used in an Outlook appointment? We don't want to give up the Outlook integration completely, because our organization benefits from that integration a lot as well. However, I'm struggling to understand why it wouldn't be possible to have a Zoom Meeting with No Fixed Time stay that way. I'll try to describe our particular use case for clarification of the issue: We use separate recurring meetings with No Fixed Time for each course at our university. This allows faculty and students to just jump in and out of one link for each of their courses. This worked great previously, but got more complicated last year around this time when we discovered the first time that No Fixed Time meeting was manually added to the body of an Outlook appointment it would change the name of the Zoom Meeting to match the name of that Outlook meeting, and it would set it to a fixed time. Our workaround was to go back into the Zoom site, change the name back, and set it back to a No Fixed Time meeting. Once we did that, the meeting would not change again no matter how many times that zoom meeting link was used in Outlook appointments. This year though, our workaround no longer works. Each time that Zoom meeting link is used in an Outlook appointment it adds a separate occurrence in Zoom. This results in our Academic Assistants having a bunch of occurrences for the same meeting ID listed at different times, and if that course isn't upcoming in the next 3 months it will disappear from the meetings list unless you adjust the date range of your upcoming meetings. This means you need to know the date of the meeting you're looking for, or find it on your Outlook calendar first. This has caused some confusion among our users who set up a lot of these courses. I've submitted a feature request to ask that Zoom Meetings with No Fixed Time have an option to stop Outlook from being able to change them. It's been about a year since that feature request was submitted so I'm hoping to try and get some traction with it by reaching out to the community. If anyone has any workaround ideas for the situation I described I'd love the feedback! Thanks, Kevin

ENGLISH VERSION "In Zoom (Version 6.4.3), in a meeting both non-my and my own, when they share the screen and there’s music (outside of Zoom, if I play music it sounds just fine), I hear it very low, at times it gets louder and at times it gets quieter even though I have set the volume to the maximum, this happens on the iPad Pro 11 M4 with 256 GB. I've tried with other accounts but the result is the same, I've touched every single setting but nothing works. Customer support told me that the tablet has no issues, plus with the same Zoom account on other devices it works well but not on this one. I tried to reset it both from iPad settings and with iTunes but nothing. Finally, I tried using screen sharing on FaceTime and it sounded perfect there, what could it be?"

I am testing out the AI features for my organization and have noticed that there is no way to easily export the AI generated meeting summaries from the Zoom web interface. It is great having the ability to edit directly in the web interface, but it would be even better if it was easy to export and store these notes to our document management system when needed. Right now, all we can do is copy and paste to a word doc, which is not ideal. Am I missing something? If not, I'll submit feedback directly to Zoom. 🙂

I love Zoom docs. As I am using a lot of docs I have them organized in folders. Is there a way to safely share just one doc without the risk that others can look into my other docs?
My question: How do I share just one page of a folder?
When I want to share one page of the folder there is a warning that the sharing is going to include all files of the folder.
An option to choose between sharing a page or the whole folder would be helpful.

Terei meu reembolso!? é picaretagem mesmo?

On the overview page in my account all docs are listed but in random order.
Is it possible to sort them alphabetically or by date? That would be very helpful
🚪 Move Participants from Waiting Room ➡️ Breakout Rooms Skip the main session and drop students directly from the waiting room into a breakout room—perfect for office hours, advising, or interview panels. Lock breakout rooms to keep students focused where they need to be (no more surprise visitors in the main session). Works even if participants aren’t signed into Zoom—great for guest speakers, substitute teachers, or one-time attendees. Ideal for structured environments like testing, private tutoring, or confidential discussions. 📌 Multi-Pin Freedom (Easier to Customize your Gallery View) Pin multiple participants without host permission—because everyone learns differently. Great for ASL interpretation, group presentations, or following both a teacher and a TA. Makes the Zoom classroom more flexible, personalized, and learner-friendly.
Hosts and co-hosts now have superpowers when it comes to managing participants:
Students and faculty now have more control over who they see on screen:

When in a Zoom meeting, I used to be able to adjust desktop speaker volume of my using my computer's volume controls. Now, they do not work on Zoom volume -- instead, I have to go into Zoom Settings/Audio and move the slider. Is this a setting issue? Or did Zoom change this?
