I need help ASAP. Zoom keeps changing my volume automically even with the settings off.

I am using an evo4 audio interface and I need to do online music lessons through zoom but whenever I am in a meeting or testing my audio, zoom automatically changes my input volumes on my evo4. The option "Automatically adjust microphone volume" is turned off and in fact grayed out and I can't even interact with it.
If I go into more detail, my mic channel volume is maxed out on my evo4 because it sounds small and my guitar channel volume is set low to balance both my output volumes. However, zoom for some reason keeps changing my evo4 input volumes so that both channels are set to the same level, making my guitar sound way too loud compared to my mic. It keeps doing it automatically no matter what I try. It works fine on other apps like discord, but for some reason zoom decides to mess with my audio interface.
Please help, this is very frustrating.

Turn on original sound in audio settings and then in the upper right part of the Zoom window (on a PC).

I have just recently started having this (or a very similar) problem with my headphones on Windows. It doesn't matter which pair of headphones I use, The sound volume in Zoom turns itself up painfully loud. I can only control it by going into the volume mixer controls on windows and lowering the volume for "Zoom meeting" in there. There are also settings for "Zoom Meetings" (plural) and "Zoom Workplace," but they do nothing. Worse, sometimes it turns itself back up after I close Zoom, or if I use Zoom's "test audio" feature. When that happens, the volume mixer slider indicates that it's still at low volume, and I have to turn it down further, except I have to lower it so much the first time, that I can't lower it enough the second time to make it tolerable. The only way to fix it then is to reset all of the sound settings in the volume mixer, and then I can lower the slider again.
This is making Zoom unusable for me, and I need to use it almost every day.
