Vote now I can't see part of the admin console because there is a pop-up I can't remove relating to Otter and Zoom. Add AI Notetaker The options given by the chatbot don't work and I know there are buttons/menu selections behind this and I can't access them. Regards
How do I get rid of this?

I get a message "You need permission to access call recordings. Please contact your Admin to request access" I can't find where to go to get this access and to make it confusing I am the owner of the account and the sole user so I must be the admin. All I want to do is hear the recording of an outgoing call. Thanks for the help

I was working with a customer who had a brand new Dell XPS 15 9520. They are experiencing a problem with audio as follows: 1. Audio works completely fine (mic and speakers) outside of Zoom 2. When joining a Zoom meeting through their Outlook calendar, Zoom seems to disable the audio devices altogether. Zoom says that it is unable to detect audio devices and to switch to another device. This issue persists after the meeting has ended and then the PC will not play any audio. The sound devices are still listed in the device manager. 3. When the PC is rebooted, the audio comes back. When starting a meeting from the Zoom desktop client, the problem does not occur. This seems to only occur when the meeting is joined via invite link on an Outlook calendar. For troubleshooting: 1. Reinstalled Zoom desktop client and Zoom Outlook plugin from zoom.us 2. Uninstalled NVIDIA audio driver 3. Installed realtek audio driver 6.0.9285.1 from dell.com/support. I have not seen this issue on any Windows 10 device that I support, only this Windows 11 system. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hello! Our IT/Zoom Admin accounts installed the Pardot package for zoom. It seemed as if they added me and my team to the list of people who can access it. However, when I go to add pardot to my individual zoom account it is blocked saying I don't have permission. Where can I go in settings that verifies that I have the app? I would assume if it was added it would say "added/installed" on marketplace page not asking me to "add" it even though it's blocked off. It clearly says below I don't have permission to add it and I showed this to IT. However they are insisting my issue is on the Pardot side. On Pardot side I have 0 connected apps for webinars atm... I'm just hoping someone can confirm that IT needs to add permission for me to actually add the app or am I missing something????' Thanks!

Hi - just started with Zoom today. When I set a meeting, it shows TWO meetings at the same time in my calendar.
What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

I'm posting from the POV of a webinar attendee, not as a host/planner. I am using Zoom Workplace version 6.4.0 on Mac Ventura. I swear there used to be a way for me, as an attendee, to adjust the size of the presenter's camera view while they are sharing their screen. For example, you could have the presenter and their PowerPoint side-by-side, and drag to adjust the size of the presenter relative to the size of their PowerPoint slide. Now all I see is the option to switch between the slide and a camera view up top that is so tiny you can barely make out the presenter's face. If you switch, then the shared PowerPoint is way too small. I realize that if you go full screen, you gain some control, but this is awkward compared to the side-by-side view, requiring multiple clicks rather than just dragging to adjust. I swear I looked through all of the view settings and can't see a way to switch to a view that makes the presentation engaging -- in other words, you can clearly see the slides, and their face, side by side, at the same time. I don't see an option to share a screenshot, so here's a link to a (heavily-redacted) one: https://samoorman.smugmug.com/8th-Dist/Zoom-Screenshot/n-GshP5Z/i-FckMBMq/A Thank you.

I cannot create a meeting because ZOOM has overlaid an announcement for its AI notetaker service. The large rectangle sits directly on top of my photo and my CREATE A MEETING interface. I cannot create a meeting. Why does Zoom need to leave that announcement on indefinitely? How can I create a meeting with this blockage?

When I'm in call, the hangup softkey is on another screen - very annoying as I use speakerphone nearly exclusively. I read an article on how to change "features.cfg" as a means to remapping these softkeys, but that sounds like something which will be wiped out whenever a provisioning/phone update takes place. Is there a better way to change the softkeys?
