Hi, I cannot access the comments on my whiteboard. I have the Zoom app on my laptop updated to the latest version (6.3.10) have restarted the app and my laptop several times, and even opened the whiteboard in a new browser, but nothing worked. If I add a new comment then I can open it, but any other past comment can't be opened - whether it's from me or from others.

Hi everyone, Over the past week, I've been experiencing an issue when trying to copy and paste images from one Zoom Whiteboard to another. This feature had worked flawlessly for several months, but now it suddenly stopped working. Specifically, I'm copying images from a whiteboard where I prepare teaching materials and trying to paste them into the whiteboard I use during class. When I paste, the images briefly appear and then disappear again. It looks like the whiteboard reloads itself right after the paste action. I've tested this in Firefox, Chrome, and the Zoom Workplace App on Ubuntu — the issue happens in all of them. Any ideas what might be causing this or how I can fix it? Thanks in advance! Cheers,

Hi everyone, I used to frequently add Unsplash images directly into my Zoom Whiteboards, but recently I noticed that the feature seems to be missing. I can no longer search for or insert images from Unsplash like I used to. Has this feature been removed or temporarily disabled? If so, does anyone know why, and whether it's planned to return in a future update? It was a super helpful tool for creating visually engaging boards, especially when collaborating with teams or during online classes. Any info or official updates would be greatly appreciated! Does anyone know if it is possible to share audio while using the Zoom whiteboard template feature? Usually I just share audio when I want background music, but when using the whiteboard there isn't a way to utilize the share screen/audio without closing the whiteboard. I've noticed that while collaborating (i.e., everyone brainstorm your ideas during the next 5 minutes) I utilize the timer feature which is great, but the quiet is obvious and distracting in its own way. I'm on Zoom Version 6.3.11 (50104) on MacBook Air MacOS 15.3.2 (24D81) I have been teaching online since lockdown and I use Classic whiteboard for notes. I often switch to share a webpage or a pdf then come back to the whiteboard and continue the notes. This works fine. I share the notes with the student after the lesson. Today, following the update, every time I switch back to Classic whiteboard all the notes are gone and I've got a blank whiteboard. This is exceedingly disruptive as we normally carry on with the same calculations through the lesson and now all the work we've done is gone every time we come back after looking at a different screen, for example, the pdf of the problem we're working on. I explain to the students that every once in a while Zoom releases an update that ruins everything, and it's happened again. Please can someone direct me to the setting that makes the Classic whiteboard remain intact if you stop sharing it, share a different screen, then come back to it? Thanks!

Hello, I start meetings from within whiteboards, which is a great zoom feature. Immediately after the meeting starts, a red color message shows up at the top-middle of the window, telling me how many people are following me, for example: 16 people are following you [stop] This seems the only dialog in Zoom that has a [stop] button, and I'm worried what happens when I click it. What does stop do? Will it stop these people from following me? Or will the people be disconnected from my whiteboard? Or does it simply make the message go away? I tried to search for help with the keywords "people are following you", but did not get any useful results. I'm looking forward to an explanation from this forum. Thank you. -R.L.

Hi, after long search and trying out almost every whiteboard platform i picked zoom whiteboard as clear choice. Its wery tought out blend of funcionality and ease of use. There is only one thing, that is missing. Magnification is only 1000%. Its still more then "Miro" but way way less then explaineverything whiteboard. Implementing deeper magnification would be really great and mutch needed. Does anyone know if it might get implemented?
