I want to be able to set the font size to automatic so that it adjusts with how much is written. Mostly the font size is really small even if I set it to Auto and at times I get it working so that it starts large and changes to smaller when more is written. Any tricks for how to get this to work? It creates a lot of challenges/stress for me when working with groups. Thanks for any advice!/Thomas

Can I export individual page (e.g. 1 page or 2 pages,..) instead of the whole whiteboard?
Hi, does anyone know if there is now the capacity for participants to use whiteboards anonymously? I want to create post it notes where people can share their thoughts without their name showing.
If there is a way to ensure anonymity this will be very helpful.

Hi Zoom Community, I have a problem with zoom room whiteboard which is starting on non-touch screen. The setup is configured with: -Computer HP Elite Tower 600 G9 Desktop PC (Win11 24H2) with installed zoom room 6.5.6 (6405) , 64bit version -1 Interactive touch screen Iiyama. I tried to change display configuration in Windows settings but it's look like zoom forcing to set Sony TV as main display. In the zoom admin panel i can't found any option to make Iiyama screen as a main screen or whiteboard screen. I physically switched the HDMI cables in computer but with no result. Is it possible to launch whiteboard on specified display ? Maybe somebody had similar problem ? Regards
-2 TV Sony.

We have the Pro-subscription which means a limit of 3 Whiteboards. But in Breakoutrooms there's no limit for Whiteboards (says the Chatbot). And it seems to be no problem to open one Whiteboard in each of four Breakout rooms. But after a short time, the toolbar disappears.... Is this because we have a limit of 3 whiteboards?
Or what can we do?

Hello, I held a workshop today, and I prepared various whiteboards beforehand. My plan was to have three breakout groups working on their dedicated whiteboards simultaneously. But I had no idea how to make the people getting access to "their" whiteboards. All ideas I tried failed. Sending them a link failed, they had to enter a password (?), and a pop-up said, no cursor is shown when more than five people enter the same whiteboard. All the options are "open", no restrictions, so according to the settings, everybody should be able to use it. Is it possible that ZOOM doesn't support such a situation with multiple whiteboards for multiple breakout groups? Thank you for your input, Akki

Is it possible to have participants in two different breakout rooms editing different whiteboards? If I have two breakout rooms, can each room work on a different whiteboard. I would need each breakout room to be able to see and edit their groups corresponding whiteboard page.

👋 Hi everyone, We’ve been hearing a lot of feedback around using Whiteboards inside breakout rooms—for example: Hosts want each breakout group to have its own editable whiteboard (sometimes pre-populated with a template or image). Participants want to keep working on their whiteboard even after moving between main session and breakouts. Facilitators want to bring breakout whiteboards back into the main session for group debriefs. We’ve created a solution that aims to address these needs. With it, hosts can: Pre-assign whiteboards to breakout rooms before or during the meeting. Ensure participants in each room can edit their assigned board without needing complicated workarounds (no copy-pasting links, no broadcasting links in chat). Seamlessly bring whiteboards back into the main session for review and discussion. Reuse those whiteboards in future sessions if desired. We’d love your feedback: Does this workflow solve the challenges you’ve faced? Are there any gaps or edge cases that you think would still make it hard to run your sessions? Would you use this in your upcoming workshops, classes, or trainings? If you're up for it, we'd be happy to connect for a 15 minute chat to share more details on our solution! https://scheduler.zoom.us/d/rkz4zgmq/whiteboard-breakout-room-integration Your input will help us refine the experience before rollout 🙏 Best Wishes, Zoom Whiteboard Product Team
