I can't open my Whiteboard

I went to open my WhiteBoard that I have been using for the last 6 month to organize research and now all of the sudden it won't open. I received the error message: "There is an error loading recent version of the page. Use version history to recover previous version of the page." But I have looked everywhere and I can't find a version history link or button that will do this. I have also submitted a help ticket and I have gotten zero response. Can someone please help me recover 6 months of my work??

Hello, sorry for the late reply, can you provide a screenshot of the versions panel in whiteboard? like screenshot I provided above.
