I have a free Zoom account using my company email address. My company has decided to upgrade their Corporate Zoom account and has added my Company email address for the license. Do I need to delete my free account and go through the install process again or is their a way I can upgrade my existing profile?

Good morning twice now my camera has caused issues when I am in a meeting a band of squares or color with is on the top or my picture freezes in colors or black and white just started when I go on other meeting apps it does not do it. Isabel

Hi. In a recent Zoom webinar I moved the Zoom app tab to the left end of my Windows 10 taskbar so it is nearest to the monitor I was displaying it on, whilst I multi-task. Every time I clicked to focus on the webinar, the Zoom tab moved back to the right end of my taskbar. No other app I use moves itself along the taskbar. How do I stop the Zoom app from repositioning its tab on the Windows 10 taskbar? Thanks.

I really want to push my users to Zoom chat & channels over teams but I'm struggling with adding users. We have SAML mapping done to add our users to a group based on AD location, but ZOOM limits SAML mapping to only the first claim so everything else is ignored. Does anyone have any tricks on managing members of groups or channels since the AD SAML mapping is limited? Thanks!
I've finally conceded and created 50+ channels and manually added users to those channels, but I have a few channels that need every user in the company added to them. I really don't see an easy way to do this. If I create a group and try to add members, I can only add them one at a time and a limit of 10 in a batch. Same goes for channels.

when I join a meeting my display name is my Zoom password! It is set up correctly in my profile so I do not know why this is happening or how I can fix it. Please advise. Thank you.
