I run IT Operations and manage my company's helpdesk (among other things). I am looking for a way to have my Zoom client automatically respond to people in my company who send me messages for tech support. I need them to email our helpdesk mailbox, and not Zoom me and my team all the time when they have an issue. Ideally, it would automatically respond with a challenge response that first directs them to email our helpdesk mailbox if it is a technical issue and if that is what they need (like a hyperlink that opens their mail client with a prefilled To address), Zoom does not deliver their message to me, nor does it notify me of said message. If it is not a tech support issue, then it would allow the user to send me the direct message and show me a notification of a new message. I don't see that Zoom does this natively. Maybe there is a Marketplace App that does this for me? Maybe I need a custom webhook? Maybe Zoom could create this functionality? I think this function would be valuable for large enterprises who use Zoom as their primary UC platform (like my company does).

i just completed a zoom session. During the session the host sent me a link via chat. However, the host closed the meeting before I had a chance to click on the link she sent. Can I still access that link? How do I access that link?

I have a question, do I have the right to buy Zoom Workplace Pro license and additionally the Large Conference Plan for1000 Participants ? Am I eligible?

Hi can anyone help with the problem I have in zoom when trying to type the minutes. As soon as I start typing I get static interference and cannot hear amything!! I have checked noise supression which is on auto. Any ideas? Thanks
It will be great to have the option to send "schedule message" when the participant is "available".
Zoom can't update itself. I used to have zoom on my pc an older version. Now i'm trying to log in and it refuses to update to the current version. I also downloaded zoom cleaner exe but it did not help either
Hi, I have recently upgraded to Zoom pro one so I could hold meetings longer than 40mins. My first payment has been taken out of my account yet today I was timed out after 40 minutes and asked to upgrade? I've checked and I am on the Zoom pro so don't know what to do or who to contact about this. Please can someone help?
