Zoom app position on Windows 10 taskbar

Hi. In a recent Zoom webinar I moved the Zoom app tab to the left end of my Windows 10 taskbar so it is nearest to the monitor I was displaying it on, whilst I multi-task. Every time I clicked to focus on the webinar, the Zoom tab moved back to the right end of my taskbar.

No other app I use moves itself along the taskbar.

How do I stop the Zoom app from repositioning its tab on the Windows 10 taskbar?

Adding users to Channels/Groups

I really want to push my users to Zoom chat & channels over teams but I'm struggling with adding users. We have SAML mapping done to add our users to a group based on AD location, but ZOOM limits SAML mapping to only the first claim so everything els... Show more

I really want to push my users to Zoom chat & channels over teams but I'm struggling with adding users.   We have SAML mapping done to add our users to a group based on AD location, but ZOOM limits SAML mapping to only the first claim so everything else is ignored.  

 


I've finally conceded and created 50+ channels and manually added users to those channels, but I have a few channels that need every user in the company added to them.   I really don't see an easy way to do this.   If I create a group and try to add members, I can only add them one at a time and a limit of 10 in a batch.  Same goes for channels.    

 

Does anyone have any tricks on managing members of groups or channels since the AD SAML mapping is limited?

I´ve deleted 80% of all recordings and still there is no way to record any meeting on the cloud. any recomendations, apreciate any help

eu entrava pelo meu perfil do facebook tive que trocar minha senha e desde então não consigo acessar minha conta pro. As cobranças estão sendo geradas e não tenho os beneficios da conta . 

por esse motivo gostaria de cancelar a cobrança para fazer o contao em outra conta.

Display Name

when I join a meeting my display name is my Zoom password!  It is set up correctly in my profile so I do not know why this is happening or how I can fix it.  Please advise.  Thank you.

I'm experiencing a very annoying problem. I'm a teacher and in the main room of the class we have information that we put inside the chat box as we go along with the class. The problem is when me and the students go to the breakout rooms, all the previous information from the chat box from the main room is lost. This was never a problem before today, January 17th, 2023. Please help. No information from the chat box is saved when we go to the BORs (breakout rooms), basically.

Resolved! Zoom basic and zoom pro

I'm participating in a 10 person meeting. I have zoom basic. The host of the meeting has zoom pro. Will I be limited to 40 minutes in this situation?Thanks!
