Business account- Zoom Room. Is there any other options here to add contacts other than setting up Zoom accounts using the business email addresses for each individual? We are unable to add contacts to our Zoom Room iPad

Thank you for your reply. I manually updated all but 2 phones, both of which are still on the previous version. Can you tell me where to go in the admin portal to check if automatic phone updates are turned off so I can check?
