Zoom rooms on MacOS with Blackmagic constellation HD

We have an M1 Mac Mini. Video capture device is BlackMagic ATEM Constellation HD connected via USB C. Works fine with regular desktop zoom and Microsoft Teams but Zoom rooms says no video device. Zoom Rooms has camera permission in System preferences. There is no Device Profile in Zoom admin console. Does this capture device work with Zoom Rooms?

I'm trying to understand on what frequencies a Zoom Room is emitting its ultrasonic sound for wireless pairing with a soft client and i seem to be unable to find any public information on this.

In addition, is it the Zoom Room controller or appliance that would be emitting this sound?

 

I'm assuming it's in 20-22 kHz - similar to Cisco's Webex ultrasound pairing, but i'd love to have a bit more background information on it and a confirmation of sorts.

Zoom bar does auto hide when sharing with HDMI

Hi guys!

I work at IT and we have a ticket regarding the zoom bar.

Recently when sharing with HDMI in one of our meeting rooms the bar does not auto hide and blocks content from the slide.

Is there a setting to turn it off or make it auto hide?

How can I add users with ZoomRooms license to a group?

 

(PS: Why would I want to do the above?)
This is because I want to create a new role that can edit user settings only for groups that include ZoomRooms license users for security management within my company.

Intelligent Director not supported in TX, IL and WA

I was looking at the Intelligent Director documentations and it states that it is not supported in Texas, Illinois and Washington (from https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/16688057186061-Getting-started-with-Intelligent-Director#:%7E:text=Intelligent%20Director%20uses%20Zoom%27s%20software,streams%20displayed%20in%20the%20meeting)

 

Zoom features are not available in all locations. Due to a variety of factors and considerations, Zoom Rooms located in Illinois, Texas, and Washington are unable to use Intelligent Director. Zoom Rooms from these states can still participate in meetings that are using the feature.

 

Seems odd to me and was wondering if anyone knew why?  Thanks

Every once in a while, I receive an invite with a personalized Zoom link, not the generic one.
Does anyone know how to do this?

Virtual Background Default and Blur Don't Work

I am enrolled in Zoom One.

I created a virtual background for my room.  The virtual background is green checked as my default on the Settings page HOWEVER, it does not load onto my screen when I try to apply it. I can only apply the canned backgrounds from the App on the screen.

 

As well, the Blur function elicits an error message when I hit the blur  button as well.

 

Please assist.  Thanks.

Hi All, today we updated our system (thanks to community help) so that it has the most current version of CollabOS and the app.  The RoomMate went from 1.7.433 to 1.8.576.  We're running a RoomMate, Rally, IP Tap, Swytch conifguration.  Once the update was complete and the system restarted, the Webex join button appeared on my IP Tap room controller.  However, I also previously had the boxes checked so that the Microsoft Teams and Google Meet buttons should also appear there.  I've tried unchecking the boxes, resetting, then checking the boxes and resetting, but that did not work.  Am I missing something?  We use Zoom, but we have partners that use Teams, and other partners that use Meet.  We've been making use of the Swytch to join those meetings but if we could use the full system to join with the Tap that would life much easier for us.   Thanks!
