I think this is more of a feature request than anything but is there a way to create a SIP/H.323 Favorite in "Contacts" and have it automatically display the keypad for touch tones once it connects?

We've currently created one for our Poly Zoom Rooms to dial an external SIP URI.  This connects fine. However given that we are now in an IVR and need to enter an ID it's not immediately apparent how to do that..  You have to tap Participants>Tap the SIP participant>then "Show Keypad". 

This seems overly complicated given that, when you dial the same SIP URI manually from "New Meeting>Call SIP/H.323", you are immediately presented with a "Keypad" button.

Our Poly X50 is running 4.1.2-388101 and the Zoom app 5.17.5 on both the TC8 and X50/30.  Any help is appreciated.

Zoom schedulers do not show upcoming meetings until after 10 minutes +. The delay is affecting productivity and raising concerns. We use Google Calendar.

First time posting here. We have recently migrated to Office 365 from Exchange on-premises and urgently looking to change our integration of Zoom rooms from current 'Exchange' On-Premises setup to Office 365 (Room Mailboxes are still on-premises hence it's still working. However, we're deprecating Exchange server next week hence this is shift is urgent for us. I looked at the documentation but could not find anything specific to this change. 

My questions are:

1. Current integration is with Exchange Server 2016. How this can be seamlessly changed to Office 365? Is it even possible?
2. Do we need to create the room mailboxes in 365 first and then configure a new connector to integrate them? Or can we migrate the existing room mailboxes straight up and change the integration connector towards 365?

Really appreciate any inputs/suggestions on this as we're desperate to sort this one out. Thank you so much!

We recently had an internet issue and one of our conference zoom rooms which uses a Dell windows laptop to run the zoom app stopped working with an error (some DLL error), and then forced me to sign out (after laptop reboot).  I'm trying to figure out the steps to re-add it to our company account so that our calendar gets integrated to the app and shows upcoming zoom meetings.  Is this done via the Zoom settings ?  or does it need to be set up somewhere (like a portal).

In our project we have integrated the zoom meetings but also we need the voice commands in meeting.

For this feature do we need to enable (voice commands setting is enabled in zoom rooms>meeting tab) anything other than mentioned here. Is it (voice commands) available only on zoom rooms? Is it required separate  license for zoom rooms? Is it work in windows pc? Please guide us.

Dear, in our company we have license that include 50pcs "Enterprise Named Host" and 3pcs "Conference Room Connector". How to find where we spent those 3 "Conference Room Connector" license and assign it to some other device? Because in Zoom room field said - "There are no devices". What should I do to assign license to a new device for Zoom meeting. We are planning to use Neat Board device.

I have zoom rooms, and in that room I have several meetings scheduled through Google calendar, but when I want to see the recordings, they all have the same name, of course with different times, is it possible that they have the name of the meeting scheduled in the calendar to make it easier to locate them?
