Low Resolution when Share Screen or AirPlay

We're used to AirPlaying directly to our TV, so when we saw that the Zoom Room had Share Screen and AirPlay without changing TV sources we were very happy. However, it's considerably lower resolution, AirPlay to ZR is slightly better but there is a delay and it's quite blurry. 

Is there a way to increase the resolution? Clearly out network can handle it when AirPlaying directly to our TV which is on the same Wi-Fi network.
