Hi!

When participating in a meeting, I see the participants, who can see me, but I can't see myself.

I tought this was due to OBS Studio, but I did uninstall it and its video line in Zoom disappeared.

If I record on my computer, the record is correct, but the fact that I can't manage the scene. I want to pin a particular participant and not have participants who intervene (this is for demonstration of artwork).

I'd like toget back to a normal behaviour.

Poly Studio X70 content sharing

Can I share content from the built-in HDMI port on a Poly Studio X70? If I was using the Poly software and not the Zoom software, it would be possible.

How often does signage update if pointed to a URL or cloud file?

If have an image for digital signage that I periodically update with the same filename and host on (for example) Google Drive, how often (if ever) would the room display update what is being displayed?

Is there a Speech to Text option for the Zoom Chat Windows

My 36-year-old son has Cerebral Palsy and cannot type. Is there an option in the Zoom chat window on his Apple iPad that will allow Speech to Text?  Thanks, Mike

I can't find any way to retrieve the meeting ID of meetings scheduled through Zoom Room Google Calendar Integration without having to go to the room controller to send an invitation to an email address.

Users successfully book the Zoom Room calendar resource but does not receive any notification of the meeting ID generated for the booking. Is there any way to retrieve the meeting ID remotely, without having to access the controller?

We are running the Zoom Rooms software off of a Dell OptiPlex 7090 using a Shure P300 to process audio for the room. Is there a way we can control the audio coming from the Digital Signage library when videos are playing over the system? I know we can mute/unmute the audio from the Digital Signage, but the audio coming from the Digital Signage is too high and we'd like to be able to turn down the volume in a similar fashion to the volume control in Zoom Meetings.

Hi,

 

I recently added a bluetooth mic/speaker to our zoom room, and it works just fine.  However, the room is telling me it is not available, the issue being:

"Standalone Bluetooth microphone may cause poor audio quality.  Non-Bluetooth microphone is recommended, but integreated Bluetooth speaker can be used"

 

That said, i can launch a meeting just fine from the controller, and everything works after that.  How can i clear this error message so it doesn't scare our users off?

I am seeking a little clarification as I have been stuck on an issue since March

I have a Zoom Business account with 10 licenses that I use for my organisation.


Back in March 2024, we wanted to try some production tools using Zoom Rooms. We subscribed for the monthly Zoom Room plan. Thinking that it was a monthly plan and not an annual plan, we thought we could cancel it once our event was done.

When we submitted our request to cancel the subscription, we were told by the renewals manager that we are unable to cancel the monthly plan as the Zoom Room was purchased with our Zoom Business account and therefore we had to continue the monthly subscription until our Zoom Business subscription ends.

I find this pretty strange as to why it's called a monthly subscription, but you're forced to continue the subscription for a whole year.

Here's the most disappointing thing...

Our Zoom Business license just got renewed for another year and the Zoom Rooms monthly subscription has also been auto-renewed till 2025.

 

It is insane because I am having to pay a monthly subscription for 1 year and the renewals manager is not letting me cancel or even change to an annual subscription.

 

I cannot reach out to anybody in Zoom to confirm this and I'm seeking help from the community to advise what I can do.
