has anyone else seen this?
In two different zoom rooms with NEC displays, the displays have started failing to turn on and off for meetings. When I go into manual Room Controls at the iPad or virtually in a browser, it looks like this:

If I click on Retry, the devices all work fine for a minute, and I can turn the displays on and off. Within a few minutes, the connection errors return. Retry always fixes the problem for a few minutes. The NEC projectors are not affected.
In both rooms, the displays, projector, and Zoom PC are on their own dedicated room AV switch. No display firmware has been changed. This room has been working well for 3 years, and the room profile has been unchanged for almost two years.
I've opened a ticket, but as usual, it's hard to get past the "have you tried power cycling" stage.

Hello,

 

Recently we setup a new office that has Fire TV Omni's and Logitech C920 webcams (As per recommended by amazon for compatibility to the TV's).

We have the Zoom app on the TV's but when going into a meeting or test meeting, the camera or microphones are not picked up.

 

In the settings, it shows the camera seen as an external camera but there is no video feed and the camera itself does not have the light on as it normally would when the video is being seen.

We have tried mix and matching cameras, uninstalling and reinstalling the zoom app.
The camera and microphone works in other apps, just not zoom.

We allow all permissions that it prompts for. Went into the Application settings and allowed Zoom to view and use the camera and microphone, nothing has worked.

 

The turn camera on or off is grayed out. 

 

Amazon states it is an issue with the Zoom app and to contact zoom support.
Any suggestions or modifications to the app I can make, so this works?

We have a zoom room with an ipad controller. If I want my team to join in I have to add them. Can I rather create a recurring meeting and everyone can join automatically? Will that not be better?

How to delete extra Zoom Room showing in companion mode to pair with

How to delete @zoomroom (using a personal device) which is not visible in room management but showing in companion mode to pair with.

With the addition of Zoom AI Companion button to ipad ZR interface, the Participants button has been shifted over to the 2nd page (behind . . . More button) - that's a fairly important button/indicator to have visible on the main page. Can that please be moved back to the first page? Maybe it can be swapped with the Security or AI Companion buttons. Those aren't really used much and I think could go on the 2nd page instead of Participants.

Setup a Zoom room with rally plus system and tap for my employer for our meetings. Signed into tap with admin info. We don’t know how to schedule meeting for the tap. Tried google calendar but does not give me option to select room. Should I setup tap with another user? Is there setting I need to change? Can everyone in company schedule a meeting in that room? Please help

I'm sharing my screen in chrome, I share google slides in the browser. Full screen.

I'm "inserting" myself properly, and I can see it works during the presentation, but on the recording, I appear with a white background in a small window, just as if I didn't insert myself onto the slides.

 

MacOs zoom client, latest Zoom update. 

 

What's wrong?

Zoom client bug?

Audio Issue/Can Hear Participant but They Cannot Hear Me

For two days now (since ZOOM site crashed for almost an hour 11/20/24) audio isn't working. Everything is connected the same as prior to the issue and all updates have been done. Both participants have restarted their computers and assure that audio is not muted on either end. On my end, I can see and hear the participant but they cannot hear me. I've tried to connect the audio via ZOOM and that doesn't work either. It won't connect. We've resorted to calling the participant's phone and using their audio but ZOOM on a computer for visual due to needing the larger screen for presentations. Does anyone have a fix for this or know what we might still be doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

we have Zoom Rooms applicaiton running on the Poly TC10 linked with G7500 codec. 

 

and we are trying to get the Mic mute feedback from the Zoom Room with API control from Extron Controller driver . But  in the trace window we can see that Connect failed ,.  

 

i mean Extron controller is not connecting to Zoom Room via API .  

can you help us to solve the issue and let  us know if Zoom room native GUI and API control is possible simultaneously.
