Zoom room vs workspace

Hi everyone,

I am new to Zoom rooms and I need some help.

We have a zoom room with an ipad controller. If I want my team to join in I have to add them. Can I rather create a recurring meeting and everyone can join automatically? Will that not be better?

Any other suggestions?

Yes, you can add a recurring meeting and add the room, as well as all invited participants, to the invitation.
