Hi. I'm trying to get an answer on this. I'm looking to port my number over from another provider but I wanted to know if I have the ability to send direct sms messages to the phone number and from my phone number?

Phone Queue's

We use a phone queue and I move people around in it quite often or delete and add a new member. In order to move people around, I have to delete names and then re-enter them. A drag and drop feature would be incredibly useful!!
