Computer and Telephone Audio

I need to create a meeting with telephone dial-in options but my settings do not give me an option for "computer and telephone audio". I am only able to check "computer audio". How do I enable this?

Hello @emrussert,

 

if you have a free basic account, telephone dial in is not included.  You would need to upgrade to a paid account.

 

If you have a paid license and are not seeing an option for telephone, then your account admin may have disabled this option in account settings.  You should reach out to them.  If you do not know who that is, go to the account profile tab in your Zoom Portal and you should see contact information.
