This is Muhammad Awais from “Paktaleem International (An International Agency which is providing all kinds of LMS Moodle solutions for more than a decade)”. i want following information regarding to Zoom.

1. Is there any time counter in zoom for every meeting in which zoom will generate auto report of every meeting with hour base salary.

2. Can zoom automatically start recording meetings.only admin can delete these recordings.

3. Can Zoom support LTI.

4. Is there any zoom feature with Bad word detector for call recording.

Kindly help me about above.

We're interested in integrating incoming Zoom calls into our CUCM workflow for our call center.

 

I see some Zoom/CUCM integration steps (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115005484406-Setting-Up-Cisco-Unified-Communications-Manager-CUCM-with-Zoom), but there isn't an explanation about what the outcome or workflow of such integration is. 

 

Does anyone know, or can you point to a resource?

We are working with the webhooks API to build some reporting for Zoom Phones. It's going well, with the exception that are not getting webhook events for our common room phone. I have been through the application feature list and checked all Zoom Phone events. 

Does anyone have any ideas here please?

Meine Rufnummer wird beim Import meiner Kontakte als ,ungültige Rufnummer, anerkannt. Ich wohne in Deutschland und das ist meine einzige Handynummer die ich besitze, ich komme nicht drum herum mit meinen Kontakten per Zoom in Verbindung zu treten ohne eine gültige Telefonnummer anzugeben. Was allerdings nicht möglich ist, weil mir die App sagt das meine Rufnummer nicht existiert.
 
Ich würde mich über eine Rückmeldung freuen.

Where is the dashboard?

Just signed up for Zoom phone. I can't seem to locate the dashboard that has the dial pad, voice mail, etc. I tried calling my new number just to see what would happen and there was no ring. Any suggestions?

We have been getting a lot of feedback around the user experience of the Search By Name directory feature with Zoom phone. It is very slow to return results and read them back, we do not have a way to remove the extension from being read back to the ... Show more

We have been getting a lot of feedback around the user experience of the Search By Name directory feature with Zoom phone.  It is very slow to return results and read them back, we do not have a way to remove the extension from being read back to the customer, and in some cases when we transfer from our contact center system to Zoom Phone directory we will lose audio packets resulting in the first name not being pronounced so calls get routed to the incorrect users.  

 

I would really love to see Zoom invest some dev resources into this and look at using a speech recognition directory or allowing admins to modify more settings when it comes to the search by name auto attendant. 

 

Would love to see if anyone else is having similar issues or has thoughts on this.

Ich habe mit meinem Windows 11-Laptop folgendes Problem: In Meetings werden häufig Videos und Musikfilme übertragen. Ich habe keine Probleme mit der Übertragung von Ton und Bildern, allerdings kommt Musik nur sehr abgehackt. Auch bei dem Lautsprechertest habe ich nur abgehackten Ton. Dieses Problem tritt nur mit Zoom auf, ansonsten funktionieren die Lautsprecher einwandfrei (auch beim Streamen). Ich habe bisher bei den Einstellungen keine Lösung gefunden. Vielleicht weiß von euch jemand Rat.

When I call Park using my POLY VVX250 I get an AUDIBLE notification of my parking spot. "Your call is parked at *815" for example.

Is there a way to configure ZOOM so that instead of an AUDIO notification I get an ON-SCREEN notification. Similar to the SCREEN notification I get of where my call is parked when I use the ZOOM PC APP.

I notice that there are 2 places to administrate devices

  • Admin>Device Management>Device List>Devices
  • Admin>Phone System Management>Phones & Devices

I am interested in uploading a list of 20 devices to be used in phone system, I presume that I should use the second option, however I am interested to know what the difference is between the 2 sections and if it is possible to move from 1 section to the other?
