Hi folks, I have an analog phone on a VOIP system with another provider and I want to know if and how I can utilise that same device on the Zoom system. The device is a Cisco SPA112. I have checked the documentation for provisioning other devices and the Cisco device does not appear there. Help please?

I'm one of the admins using Phone System Management. I need to assign a phone, already assigned to another user no longer in the company, to a new employee. Do I remove it, and then assign it?

Hello, Here is what I try to achieve with zoom phone . I am locate in Portugal and our customers are located in Austria. We do have 2 different entities with different offices so we need 2 lines for inbound / outbound calls. The only person for support need to take calls for the 2 lines in one phone/ cell. Sometimes she works from home. As a plus each line need a IVR for incoming calls only from calls from Switzerland. Is it possible to achieve that with Zoom phone? Thanks in advance.

I'm based in the DC area and we have recurring Zoom meetings which all provided the same Maryland number: Dial by your location The number when dialed from a Landline doesn't work (Error received: You call cannot be completed as dialed...). We tested from multiple landlines and none worked. Other numbers (like NY 646 prefix) work fine on both.

Can you set voicemail to a default PIN and the user is forced to change that pin after accessing VM.
Trying to avoid 200 users having to login to portal to see their PIN number.
No tech notes show up when I searched.

Hi there, I recently diverted my mobile phone to my zoom phone number, and for a while it was working fine. But, recently, it is not working at all. When I dial my mobile number, it does nothing - no dial tone, just dead! However, I am receiving my text messages, which tells me my mobile number is working but there seems to be a problem with call diversion. Anyone have any idea/experience with this? Forgive me if I've missed the documentation but are there any QOS diagnostics inside the Zoom Admin Console or in Analytics and Reports for Zoom Phone Power Pack? Something with Cradle to Grave detail on packet loss or delay?
I am new to Zoom Phone and am trying to set up the Auto Receptionist to allow the user to look up an extension by typing in the first 3 letters of the user's name they are looking for. Is this possible?
