Hybrid sequential and rotating queue for call prioritization during certain hours

This perhaps is more of a suggestion/product feature request than getting an answer, but we have a team of 5 support engineers that answer calls in a rotating queue after business hours, all on Pacific time. One of our engineers likes to work late and is okay taking calls in the late evening, and one of our engineers likes to start early and can take calls early in the morning. However, in the rotation, we're all taking calls at all hours.

 

Is there a way for our engineers to somehow place themselves as the first call in the queue during the late night and morning hours? As first priority, their number would always be called first, and if they aren't able to answer, would proceed through the normal rotation. Once they take themselves off, it would be the normal rotation where the calls are distributed evenly.

 

Ideally, this would probably look like a hybrid sequential followed by rotating call queue.

携帯ではサインインできるのにPCでサインインできなくなりました。

パスワードも替えてみましたがダメです。

原因がわかりません。

 

以前は無料で使っていましたが、先日有料バージョンに契約しました。

ウィルスバスターが入っているのでそれが邪魔をしているのでしょうか?

Our current plans are US/Canada Unlimited Calling, UK/Ireland Unlimited Calling, and a Pay As You Go Plan.

I have a US based user requesting to have both the US and UK unlimited calling plan. Can that user be assigned both plans and numbers from each respective country and conduct phones calls as if they're originating in each domestic market and not be charged under the Pay As You Go Plan.

Resolved! After ZTP Poly VVX 250, Admin password changed

Working on my pilot location for desk phones. Phone type is Poly VVX2501st setup phone in Phone & Devices, Powered up phone and allowed it to go through the provisioning processAfter many reboots it came up and displays and operates the way it should... Show more

Working on my pilot location for desk phones.  

Phone type is Poly VVX250

1st setup phone in Phone & Devices, 

Powered up phone and allowed it to go through the provisioning process

After many reboots it came up and displays and operates the way it should.

 

Now I am wanting to a change the phone to a static IP, so Home>Settings > Advanced, tried both 456 & 789 as passwords and says it is wrong.

Factory reset phone, change password to 789 during setup, 

After provisioning completes, the phone comes online operates correctly but will not take the 789 password.

 

What am I missing?

Wonder if somebody can shed some light on my question please. We've setup the system to email us each morning the previous days call totals for each user. What are the totals under completed calls made up from as we having issues with some users numbers not balancing up.  Outgoing and Received = Total. But the other columns doesn't add to completed. Please see picture below:

I have a free Zoom account and just purchased a Zoom Phone plan. I've been searching help articles but literally can't figure out how to make a phone call using Zoom Phone. Maybe I don't have a full understanding of what this feature allows you to do but my goal was to be able to setup a conference call with team members then make an outbound prospecting call and have my team members listen in. I believe I have everything setup. Is there supposed to be a phone icon somewhere? I read in one article that there should be a "phone" menu at the top of the Zoom meeting window but I do not have it. HELP PLEASE!!!!

We just switched to Zoom phone and are used to having a lot more pre-set availability options. Is it possible to set up custom statuses, such as out to lunch or In a meeting. I know it will show in a meeting when booked with zoom but we frequently have in office meetings and would like to be able to put that without changing our personal note each time.

Integrating AudioCodes 420HD / 440HD into Zoom

We are looking at migrating from on-premise Skype for Business 2015 to Zoom phones.  We have a large number of AudioCodes phones that can be reflashed back to stock images (as listed in Zoom).

 

When provisioning as Zero Touch (factory reset), the device indicates that the Firmware URL and accompanying Configuration URLs do not exist (Configuration file was not found): 

- Firmware URL: https://provacp.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/AudioCodes/420HD.img

- Configuration URL: https://provacp.zoom.us/api/v2/pbx/provisioning/AudioCodes/420hd/<MAC>.cfg <-- this is different than what the configuration site suggests (Zoom Phone provisioning drops the 420hd subdir, but we have tried it both ways)

 

Has anyone successfully connected an AudioCodes (or Yealink) to Zoom?  Support claims a lack of familiarity with the device, even though its supported

I have a use case where I need to pass callerid parameter in the URI scheme to initiate outgoing call from zoom user's custom number instead of the assigned zoom number. So the callerid parameter is mandatory.
     zoomphonecall:+1234?callerid=+56789


The above URI scheme works from desktop web app but when I use the same from web android it says invalid phone number.
