After months of trouble-free phone and SMS service (primarily to say that I'm not a new user), this morning all of my text messages result in "Message could not be sent" errors:  

Not sure if this is related to the 10DLC "campaign registry" issue, or just "something is broken", but the fact that I can't respond personally to anyone texting me is bad for business.

I am able to receive SMS, but not send to any number.  I've sent in a Support Ticket.

Anyone else experiencing this?

We have an organization where outgoing Zoom Phone calls are made from another system, which launches the call in the Zoom desktop client. If we have the Zoom Phone integration setup in Saleforce, and a browser tab with Salesforce open, will we have the option to switch to the phone widget in Salesforce after the call has been made from the desktop client? Or alternatively, will a call auto-log?

This is a hypothetical for a prospective client, I currently do not have access to this setup in order to test.

One of my employees is not receiving incoming calls from other employees.  She can make outgoing calls, but not receive them.  We have checked her phone settings and all looks good. Her desktop phone (Yealink) will ring about a half a ring then the call will go to voicemail.  Please help!

Any advice? Wanting to get more details for searching and exporting users . 

I already have sites setup. No use of site codes. Sites are mostly setup for physical offices so E911 has physical address for end user.  No physical Poly desk phones all are softclients. 

But 95% of my users are remote and never be going into Office Site X. 

No groups yet, still fuzzy on how these could work in my environment. When I create a group, does it by default take on everything from the Site Policy?  How are you guys using groups in your environment?

I really wish that Zoom Phone had the ability for me to assign custom "tags' to each user for  sorting and exporting.  only being able to filter by group or site is very limiting in the gui.  I would like the ability to create user defined tags that are searchable in the gui. 

When I try to set my Zoom Phone system, I am able to select the area code and available phone numbers but when I go to complete the setup it displays the error message "unable o order main company number". Has anyone experienced this previosly?
