Zoom VDI not offloading phone media

Hi, We have been using Zoom VDI client for many months. VDI offloading to the client works great. Today we started a demo of Zoom phone. Zoom phone media however is not offloaded to the VDI Plugin and calls fail. Do I need a registry key or something... Show more

Hi, We have been using Zoom VDI client for many months.  VDI offloading to the client works great.  Today we started a demo of Zoom phone.    Zoom phone media however is not offloaded to the VDI Plugin and calls fail.   Do I need a registry key or something to force the Zoom Phone media to offload audio to the VDI plugin?

1. How do i cahnge the email address that Zoom has for me?  

2. I downloaded the "pro" version but when i try to download onto an additional device, zoom wants me to just provide me with the regular free ware version, rather than the original download version.

Sorry if these seem like rather simple questions but just trying to get going with this

Still Receving Calls when in a Zoom Meeting

Using the Windows client we are still receiving calls while in a Zoom meeting even though we have the "Hide incoming calls while in a Zoom meeting" box checked.  This is not limited to call queue calls.  What am I missing?

Call Quality Issues

We have had clarity issues with Zoom phone for over a year, has anyone come across the same thing and if so were you able to fix it somehow? We have tried many different things over the yr from trying calls on different Wifi's, different devices etc.... Show more

We have had clarity issues with Zoom phone for over a year, has anyone come across the same thing and if so were you able to fix it somehow? We have tried many different things over the yr from trying calls on different Wifi's, different devices etc. but it hasn't helped. There is a tiny bit of a lag too on many calls, its a split second but its enough for my sales team to not want to use it with clients. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Resolved! Connecting my Polycom VVX411

I have done a factory reset and added the phone to the devices on my Zoom app. But how do I get the actual phone synced up? Don't I need to sign in somewhere on it? Desperately need help PLEASE!!

Internet Outage

Our organization is new to Zoom Phone, I'm amending my disaster recovery plan for the organization.  What happens to our phone system if the internet in our local area is down?
