Sorry, two parts:

1. How do i cahnge the email address that Zoom has for me?  

2. I downloaded the "pro" version but when i try to download onto an additional device, zoom wants me to just provide me with the regular free ware version, rather than the original download version.

Does Zoom offer a service where I can schedule conference calls, see the names of the people in attendance, have them raise their hand for questions, put them in break-out groups, record the whole thing and obtain the link  so I can have a copy?

We have had clarity issues with Zoom phone for over a year, has anyone come across the same thing and if so were you able to fix it somehow? We have tried many different things over the yr from trying calls on different Wifi's, different devices etc. but it hasn't helped. There is a tiny bit of a lag too on many calls, its a split second but its enough for my sales team to not want to use it with clients. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The storage period for call recording files is indefinite, but is there a possibility that this will change in the future?
Is there an SLA that commits call recording files to be stored indefinitely?

I am afraid that there is a danger of change due to the current situation.

I seem to be receiving 2 emails for the same voicemail left.  

With 50 numbers in the call queue and each of them receiving 2 emails for every voicemail left, it can start clogging up the inbox.   

Does anyone know how to stop 2 emails coming through.  

I am thinking that maybe I have updated a setting for voicemails to be emailed in two different areas but I cannot find where.

Do we have any policy which we can apply to allow the calls from specific number range (office numbers range) to zoom phone. 

We have a request from user, that he wanted to receive call only from office number range  and apart from this no external call should receive to user on zoom phone, do we have any policy which we can apply to allow the calls from specific number range??.
