In our current setup, when you dial 0 in the auto-receptionist. it will ring our front desk receptionist. However, we are fully teleworking again and when the front desk person is out of the office the assistants go on a rotation by day to answer the mainline.
So each morning for a week, I have to go into the auto-receptionist and change the person listed for that option in the auto-receptionist.
Is there an option to preprogram a day-based rotation that I can add to the auto-receptionist when pressing 0?

You can create a call queue and add all the users that is part of the Receptionists then you can program dialing Zero to reach the queue extension instead of user extension.
For those Reception members that don't need to receive queue calls when they are out of office, then can just toggle on/off the "receive queue calls" on their Zoom desktop client/app.
