I need to forward incoming calls to former employee (so, a vacant extension number) to another extension. If the extension is not tied to a user account in Zoom Phone, is there a way that incoming callers can be directed to another extension, or a way to keep the extension active once the user profile is deleted? Another option is to have them press zero to get to an operator, but I'm not seeing that as an option in the IVR.

Hi, Does anyone know why the phone dialler would be missing on the Windows client? The user has the correct license and has been using it for months. It is visible on her desktop PC but is missing from the installation on her Windows laptop. Thanks for any replies or suggestions.

We have several Admins on our Zoom Phones account. We frequently check-up on each other's tickets. When one Admin submits a ticket with Zoom Support, we'd like that ticket to be visible to all Admins for Zoom in our organziation. How can I set it up this way - so all support tickets open with Zoom Support for our organization are shown to all Admin users?

We were told that the Voip phone could display our biz name as Caller ID, but after 2 months, it still shows just the phone number. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you resolve it? Were you able to get anyone from Zoom to help you? They are totally ignoring my requests!

Is there anyone out there who can help me? Cannot send or receive texts sms messages. This is a technical issue, as one time someone was able to help me get it going, but then it stopped again and I have tried many things. Is there a technical support person who has a particular experience or expertise with texting within zoom audio?

Hi everyone, Does non self-service Zoom Phone System training exist? Both back-end sys admins and end users? I expect this to be a paid training, of course but I can't find any resources. It doesn't have to be provided by Zoom, third party training vendor is fine - I just can't find anything. Our workforce is extremely low-tech and self-anything does NOT work at all; it has to be face-to-face even if via Zoom (not physically in person) Thanks Boyan
