I am trying to import Key assignements and keep getting the following error message. The amount of line keys (of the Line type) is incorrect. I can do the MASS import but it doesn't let you pick a Key number so it scrambles my keys and makes training difficult. I want to put 5 Parks on keys 6-10. I have a lot of users so doing this by hand is out of the question. Here is my CSV File Contents Key,Key Type,Key Assignment,Alias,Outbound Caller ID Please help

My company uses the Polycom CCX700 series phones as Zoom Appliances. Does anyone know of any way to turn down the keypad volume? When you are on a call and you need to turn up the volume to hear the speaker, the next time you dial out, the DTMF tones are freakishly loud. I know the solution is to turn the volume down, but is there any way to separate the call volume from the dial pad volume?

We want to have incoming calls answered live. If no one is available to take the call then it goes into the auto receptionist. Is this possible with Zoom phone?
I am just starting with the phone system. It seems to add a contact, I must download my contacts from Microsoft 365 or Google. I have tried both and get a failure message. That is understandable for Microsoft 365 which is a company account with strict permissions. But the Google account I am trying to connect to is a personal Google account. I feel like this phone system is not working for me because I need to be able to save contacts, preferably on a one by one basis. I am willing to import from Google but an unable. How do I get contacts into Zoom? Thank you!

Al momento de activar las grabaciones automáticas para Zoom Phone, no genera los archivos, y al grabar manualmente si me los genera, alguien sabrá como arreglar este problema?
Al levantar ticket solo me traen con plazos y preguntando las mismas cosas.
Hi Team,
In phone system management, under plan details we have two option, one is package and another is phone number.
Can you please explain me difference between both plan details. ?
What if i don't have available phone numbers in plan ?
I understand each state will have different taxes on Zoom phone. Does anyone know the approximate taxes for Zoom Phone for a $15/month/user plan?
Thanks!
My team uses the Polycom CCX700 series phones with the group call pickup feature in order to pick up each other's calls. What we are finding is that these phones will intermittently give out a momentary burst of white noise/static (while the alert tone is playing) whenever calls come in for other members of your GCP group. Getting this recorded is nearly impossible because it is so intermittent. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

Hi! We recently converted to Zoom Phone. We acquired two Yealink VP59 Zoom Phone Appliance hardphones through Zoom's HaaS. We have discovered the following issues about the resident Zoom app on these devices: I know that the last two bullet items were eluded to in one of the sessions during Zoomtopia as potential future features. Any thoughts? Does anyone else have any advice about using the Yealink or Poly Zoom Phone Appliances? Thanks, Craig
