I'm late to the party on this and just figured out that I can't send texts anymore. I never realized this was a requirement of mine.

 

How do I create a brand when I am a sole proprietor without an EIN.  This is not required for tax purposes for my business, so I don't plan to get an EIN. 

I tried to use my SSN - probably a dumb move - but that was rejected. Now what do I do? Anyone? Anyone? 

I keep emailing support with no response. Really upset right now. 

 

Also - how long does the approval process take??? Weeks???  I read that somewhere.

We recently signed up for Zoom Phone and used the service for few days, during which we also ported in our business number.

 

Unfortunately, our account was permanently suspended due to a reported violation. As a result, we are unable to log into our account or access any information.

 

We submitted an appeal to have our number released or ported out, but the appeal was rejected without any explanation or details provided.

 

This number is extremely important to us as it is actively used for our day-to-day business operations, and the current situation is causing major disruptions.

 

Your support in resolving this matter would be sincerely appreciated.

Call that answers alone

Hello, I have a problem with my phone. When I receive a call and don't answer, the call answers automatically. How do I turn this feature off?

Hi, I started the setup process yesterday for Zoom Phone after purchasing a package for use in UK to trial the system before potentially switching over from our current provider.

 

Going through the set up process, I'm stuck on the 'Select Company Number' in the 'Prepare for Phone Assignment' section.

I've added emergency address for my location, selected Country and picked a telephone number - but I cannot select the Emergency Address as it's pending (which stops me continuing)... how do I progress the pending part? Do I need to verify the address somewhere/somehow? (it doesn't say).

I don't want to wait a week and find out I needed to do something earlier lol

Changing the default language for transcription with ZoomPhone

Transcriptions of ZoomPhone recordings cannot be translated into Japanese.

The default language for call queues and users is set to Japanese.
Do I need to change anything else?

Can't send or receive SMS

We have been using SMS for over a year, maybe close to two years, and never had a problem. But just starting today, nobody can receive or send SMS messages on their Zoom lines. Did something change in the last few days to prevent this from working. I... Show more

We have been using SMS for over a year, maybe close to two years, and never had a problem.  But just starting today, nobody can receive or send SMS messages on their Zoom lines.   Did something change in the last few days to prevent this from working.

 

I Do have an active 10DLC campaign for all my numbers.
