Hi, I'm following the instructions in "SMS/MMS 10DLC Compliance for Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center" (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/5016496738445) and don't see this tab under Advanced on our admin page.

Resolved! Zoom hijacks the current monitor when a call comes in

We have just moved over from RingCentral and Zoom is working good but we have this annoying issue when you get a call, it freezes your screen so that you can deal with the call and in essence it "hijacks" the screen and it won't let you type into another program until you deal with the incoming call.  We have the latest version as of today.  The program is working but there needs to be some kind of Bring to Front but just the opposite, where the Zoom window won't take precedence over other windows.

Hi There,

I am looking to see if there is a way that we can setup our office managers on the main auto receptionist line so that they receive the calls when someone calls the main office line. I was hoping to achieve what Shared lines can do, but instead of assigning a new number for our two office manager, we could just add them to receive the calls when someone calls the main office line.

I have explored the Main Auto Reception options and realize you can forward calls, but I would like both of their phones to receive any calls we get to our main office number. Does anyone have any insight on this?

Hello Everyone,

 

We have a few users that our experiencing the "Unstable Connection" error in zoom only in the contact center causing their status to be set to not ready and missing calls from the queue. Normal zoom calls and zoom phone calls work with no issues. I have tested with the zoom network tool and the meeting and zoom tests past with minimal packet loss and latency. As far as I cant tell, the users have not experienced any other disruptions due to internet. This will happen on a wired and wireless connection. After updating zoom, drivers, and windows it still is occurring.

 

Wondering if anyone else has pinpointed a cause. I'd rather not swap laptops over an issue only in zoom if possible.

My firm is using the T54W Yealink phones and for whatever reason, one of my users keeps having the problem of calls going straight to voicemail. I've double checked all call settings, and nothing out of the norm stands out. I've even compared their profile to other users, all settings are the same. Also, this user doesn't use the desktop or mobile app, so there are no settings being set on those apps, outside of the phone. This has happened before, and a simple reset fixed it, but that did not work this go around. I was able to fix it today by turning the phones auto-answer feature on, testing it with a call, and then turning it back off. Not sure why, but turning this feature on and off made their calls start working. Before that, I removed the profile, unbound the phone, and then added everything back -  none of this worked either.

 

So to recap, out of nowhere, all calls to this person randomly stops, and they're unable to receive inbound calls. If anyone else has experienced something similar, please comment!

I am a reseller/installer and need to get an analog fax working, but the only supported adapters from Audiocodes and Poly are not possible to obtain currently due to supply chain issues.. I have searched, but not found info on trying to get unsupport... Show more

I have searched, but not found info on trying to get unsupported SIP devices working.  Is it possible at all or if not on the official supported list, no chance?  I want to try a Grandstream HT801 that I was able to get.

Hi all - we have the Zoom mobile app installed on an iPhone. When the iPhone is locked, either by the user locking it or by the iPhone timing out to the lock screen, incoming calls to the Zoom app are silent. Personal calls to the iPhone still ring when it's locked, just not Zoom. It shows a missed call, but there's no audible alert. If the phone is unlocked, the Zoom call rings. Any ideas?

I'm having an issue at the moment with my Zoom Phone
I'm not being alerted when calls are coming through and am just seeing missed calls once the call rings out, so I'm currently unable to answer phone calls.
The phone isn't ringing and there is also no pop-up visual alert when someone calls - I just see missed calls.
I tried calling myself from another phone and it was ringing but I couldn't see anything in Zoom until I hung up the call and then it showed as a missed call

Two different users have called us from the same company and each time it rolls through our queues (without ringing) to our answering service. There are no records of their calls in the call logs. We have confirmed that they are calling the correct numbers and we have tested the queue as well and it rings fine. Thanks!
