AD Attribute that brings over cell numbers to Zoom Contacts
We are wanting our users cell numbers to show up on their Zoom contact card...does any one know the AD mapping that would pull this over for us?

We use dial by first name within our Zoom phone setup. We are trying to find a way to flip the order the system presents two staffers with the same first name. Basically, we have a Mary Jones and Mary Smith. Jones is a back-office worker while Smith is a retail person who receives the greatest call volume. Callers to our company are selecting the first Mary presented by the system which is Jones who now needs to transfer the call over to Smith. We have tested changing Jones' first name to Mariann and then her last name to her maiden name of Taylor but neither changed the sequence in which Zoom presents the names to a person calling in. What and where is Zoom basing the dial by name list from? Do we have any ability to access and adjust this? Note - using the last name for the dial by name is not an option per company management.

Hello, We are trying to set a global default ringtone for these devices. I have created a provisioning template and tried using the following variables. None of them led to it setting a default ringtone. I have tried looking at Poly's other documentation but I haven't found anything. se.rt.=ringer16.ringer & reg.2.ringType="ringer16"

I have an Auto Receptionist setup as a basic Call Tree: Opt 1 sales, opt 2 support etc. During after business hours we want the support calls to go to an external 800 number, i.e. +18005551234. When dialing the extension afterhours to have the caller be forwarded to the External Contact, instead Zoom says "The caller you're trying to reach is unavailable, good bye" and hangs up the phone. We cannot figure out why this is happening. Any advise would be much appreciated.

When I'm on a call from the direct line, a call will blast through from the queue and interrupt my current call. I cannot find any setting to fix this issue.
Is there a way to stop this? Super frustrating when you're typing a paper only to constantly have the cursor jump away.
Hello- Looking for a way to see who is on the phone in live time. I have the Real Time Analytics and I can see how many people are on from the dashboard. Also if I do into specific queues, I can see who in that queue is on- but is there a way I can see everyone on my team and if they are on a call at that time?

Hello, I'm newbie in the community and this message may be missplaced (appologies in advance!) We're working to settle a SIP TLS trunk from our infraestructure with Zoom but couldn't find a list of valid Certificate Authorities (CAs) and this is a requierement as trunk will use TLS Is this reference available? I use the Zoom app on my Android for work. For the past 2 weeks, instead of ringing, my phone just sends me a notification that very helpfully says "You have received a Zoom notification". All permissions are enabled. I have tried reinstalling the app. I am also logged in to a desk phone with the same account, but this has never been a problem before. Please help, my clients and my bosses are starting to get upset at the number of calls I'm missing.

Hi I would like to know if I can send a bulk SMS with Zoom Phone - Salesforce Integration, to a list of leads or contacts in Salesforce upto 100-200 records at a time? This is very important to us as we do a lot of SMS campaigns via Salesforce. I have already reached out to Zoom Sales and they could not answer this, after 60 minutes waiting on the phone! Please advise.
Currently I use 360SMS app for all bulk SMS via Salesforce and Aircall for all calls on Salesforce. I would like to streamline and use 1 App (Zoom Phone) for all my calls and SMS.
