Hi,

We integrated Zoom phone in Dynamics a couple of years ago, seems to run ok most of the time. However last week a few of our users reported the app just crashed and closed when they were in the middle of a call, just wondering if anyone else noticed anything or if there is a fix available?

Thanks

Ted

The zoom assistant panel is being reported as "stuck" for a few users and cannot be undocked from its original place. Anyone else experiencing this issue or know how to fix it?

We're migrating from a Cisco phone system to Zoom.  We currently have a door access system with an external doorbell/speaker that connects to a Valcom door answering system.  Two wires come out of the Valcom into a Cisco router's FXS port.  The router detects an off-hook condition when the doorbell is pushed and dials a number on the Cisco system.  I'm trying to find a solution that replaces the Cisco system.  As I see it, we need to be able to land a two-wire connection on it, have it monitor for when the line goes off-hook, and then dial a pre-programmed number.

Any ideas on how to do this?

Our company received an email that had the subject "Action Required: Update Certificate Trust Stores" Then proceeded to say:

"In keeping up with standard industry practices, Zoom will be updating its current single sign-on (SSO) certificate ahead of its expiration on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Our new SSO Certificate will be issued from the G2 root. As such, we are reaching out to notify you that you may need to add a new certificate to your trust stores prior to Dec 1st, 2023, to avoid a service disruption.

If you have configured your systems to trust the DigiCert Global Root G2, then no action is required. Please consult your vendor documentation to understand if your device includes/trusts this certificate in its software or firmware. However, if you only include/trust the DigiCert Global Root CA, you will need to install and trust Zoom’s upcoming root certificates on your device operating system and/or firmware by Dec 1st, 2023 to avoid a service disruption. In addition, if you chose to disable the automatic update or if your IDP does not support automatic certificate rotation, action may be required for your account. More details to come. "

However when I try to contact Zoom support I am directed to a 3rd party vendor Lumen website. I have been unable to get a hold of Lumen support regarding this issue. Can anyone tell me how do I check to see if our systems have been configured to trust the DigiCert Global Root G2?

When I receive a call on my Android Phone, I try to answer it and a get the following message "Error - Failed to accept the call while system phone call is ongoing".  I have not had any issues with this until the last 2 day.  I believe there is nothing running on my phone at the time of the incoming calls and I am able to answer the call if I go through my laptop.  Yesterday, I uninstalled the Zoom App from my phone and reinstalled it and it seemed to work for 24 hours.  Any suggestions?

We are attempting to configure integration with Exchange 2019 on-prem for Calendar and contact access for Zoom Phone.  We currently have an ACL allow list on our inbound proxy to allow allow EWS access only from Microsoft O365 for Teams integration.  We obviously need to add Zoom now as well - where would I find the inbound IP ranges from Zoom that would be making legitimate EWS connections?

We have been using Zoom Phone system for a few years now and have found it invaluable for all our users especially for the working from home. Last week we have been instructed by our Head Office to install FortiEDR on all company systems, since this installation we have had a very intermittent Zoom Phone service where calls were being made from PC's but there was no ringing tone heard and when the called party answered there was no audio.

After many days of testing the network, checking firewalls, restarting switches we decided to remove the EDR product from some key systems, the problem disappeared!

Has anyone else had the same or similar issue, and possibly have a solution to get these products to work in harmony with each other?
