We can change the ring tone for an extension. Our main number rings to a user's extension, by design. How can one change the ring tone on the main number so that when it rings to the designated user's extension, it has a distinctive ring tone?
How does one add a user to be able to add Zoom Rooms Digital Signage Content?
One user is getting a message when placing a call from PC Zoom Phone app or Zoom Phone app on cell phone. Service not available. Inbound calls go direct to vm. I don't see issues in the portal log.
When porting a small number of DIDs to Zoom Phone, new extension numbers were auto-assigned. How does one reassign those extensions back to the actual extension number. Ex. 816.607.5431 was ported and while the DID is valid and usable, a new 5-digit ...
