My campaign was rejected and now rejected again with the following error: Not finding anything in my searches and not seeing where I can correct this. Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign BLABLA. Explanation: The web presence is missing a privacy policy/statement and we are unable to review how this customer processes consumer data. -KO

Our T57W Yealink phones were experiencing intermittent audio issues. We found that they were not on the latest Yealink firmware. Instead of 97.87.0.15 that was released March 10, 2025, they were still on 96.86.3.17. The Zoom Chat Agent couldn't explain why they haven't pushed out the latest release, does anyone know? After I manually updated the firmware on each device through the IP GUI the audio issue hasn't resurfaced. I just hope to not have to manually update the next time Yealink releases a firmware update.

Does anyone know if there is a way to answer Zoom phone calls while my computer is locked? I lock my computer by pressing Windows+L and sometimes I get calls while my computer is locked. I usually can't sign in fast enough to answer the call.
I have set up my system to forward to my cell phone and it is not working. From everything I can see the settings are correct but it is not working.
Hi, I'm having trouble connecting to meetings from my Samsung smartphone using the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro Bluetooth headphones. When I connect to a meeting, the audio option identifies three options: Bluetooth, Speaker, and Headset. If I select Bluetooth, I can only hear, and no one can hear me even if I activate the microphone. If I use a headset, the microphone works, but I can't hear anyone else. Has this happened to anyone else? Maybe I have something configured incorrectly. It is necessary to clarify that I only have this problem with ZOOM, so the proper functioning of the headphones is guaranteed.

Hi everyone, we are a business that is based in Croatia and we work as a contractor to a firm in the UK. Our work requires us to be able to call UK numbers and to have a UK number of our own. Thus far we have used Skype for this without any issues, but it is shutting down now so we switched to Zoom. The issue is that when we try to setup numbers for the UK, we are required to input a UK address and documents proving that this is the address of the business, is there no other way for us to get a UK number and to call UK numbers? This wasn't required on Skype. Could we at least get a Croatian number and call UK numbers without further charges? We have the " Zoom Phone Pro Global Select Unlimited" package. Would we be charged additionally for each call to the UK if we got a Croatian number?

When I am called the ringtone plays through both my speakers and headset. I would much prefer it rings to just my speakers and then allow me to take the call on my headset.
This is on windows desktop zoom app. The app is fully up to date.

Hi i want to use this zoom phone as my second personal number and i want o enable the sms on Zoom phone without providing 10DLC. Anyone with the solution here?
Can anyone help me understand how this works or is anyone using it? Are all the prerequisites required? It talks about certain phones you need to have I'm just all sorts of confused. It shows having zoom phone application clients so can we page to these devices? I tried visiting with support but all they do is send me the links to the articles I've already read, but they don't really explain what the end result is. I was with a company in the past where for paging all we did was buy the ip horn and give it a license and assign it a common area, you can then call that extension and get a page in essence. Do you still go through this same process and the cloud thing is just a way of grouping them all together?
