Zoom recording going to Gong instead of zoom cloud
I have a user who uses Gong for zoom recordings. For some reason they are going to Gong instead of zoom cloud. I thought it would go to both. Any idea why is this happening?
ZOOM - STOP CHANGING POLLS AND MEETING SETTINGS SO OFTEN!
This completely new Polls interface is awful. Everyone in my company is stressing out on a MONDAY before the holiday because Zoom has yet again completely changed everything so drastically that we have no way of doing business currently. Why they decided to put ALL polls in one menu now, vs by class offering, is beyond comprehension. I really wish ZOom would stop with all these insane updates that NO ONE is asking for.

Sound Problem
During Zoom meetings my voice is heard fine both through the computer microphone and the headset microphone. I am trying to send Morse Code which is a series of dots and dashes ( a dot is a short tone and a dash is a longer tone. The tones are approximately 700HZ in frequency.) Zoom does not recognize these tones with either microphone. These tones were recognized on my older computer using Zoom.

Poll order changing from template to created meeting
Hello, My organization uses meeting templates to create virtual training sessions. As of last Wednesday it appears that the poll order is changing from the order we have it in the template, to being organized by most recently edited poll in the meeting we create from the template. I was wondering if there is a solution, I looked to edit one of the poll questions but it only lets me organize it by most/least recently edited. This does not really help when these templates are being used daily and for multiple resources. Thanks.

Not Able to Connect
I had several people call in for this weeks meeting stating that they could not log in because it said that another meeting was in progress. I only had one meeting going and most of the other people had no problem connecting. What can be done to fix this problem? I appreciate your help with this.

How to stop bombers using free floating tiles in gallery view?
I'm trying to figure out how bombers that get into our meetings put adult material in their tile then bounce the tile all over the screen, making it difficult to remove them. I know we can go to participants to remove them and to suspend activities, but is there anything that can be done to prevent them from moving in our meeting settings? I don't know how they do it in the first place. Anyone know?
