I saw some related, but not quite identical, issues with this from other users, so I'm adding a new post. We use a recurring meeting in our organization to allow public access and keep the Zoom link consistent. Administratively we have Wait Room forcibly enabled for all meetings as a locked setting. Last night, I was asked at the last minute to disable the waitroom and allow members of the public to join as needed since we were short staffed and someone would not be monitoring the waiting room the whole time. I am a full admin in Zoom and knew I needed to unlock, then disable the waiting room. I did this after stopping the meeting (did a dry run before the actual meeting started). Even after restarting the meeting, the ability of the host to disable the waiting room was still grayed out and the feature was still forcibly enabled. What would I need to do to: 1) turn off one of those administratively locked settings during a meeting (if that is possible) 2) turn off administratively locked settings on a recurring meeting that had already had occurrences and did not yet start for tonight's occurence (if possible) One angle I did not explore was creating a NEW meeting - because the meeting link had already been published on an agenda, it was not appropriate to change the login at the last minute. I was also thinking that perhaps there was some kind of delay on that toggle to filter through the system, but if there is a delay I don't know what the timeframe would be. Thank you!

I trimmed a recording by mistake. I am not able to restore to the full recording, but I can see the time of the full recording in the video icon. I do not see any option to restore to the original recording under the trimmed video. The original recording is over 2 hours but now I have just 20 or so minutes.
Can anyone suggest how to recover the original file? Thanks!

I have followed all procedures to stream to my private FB groups but they will not show up in the drop down box. Every other group that I am a part of will, but not my own groups. So zoom is connected to my personal fb account - which is connected to my biz page and the groups sit within that biz page.

I established my zoom account to use for my work, changed jobs, and did not remember to change the email associated with the account. When I try to log in, I am being asked to verify the same computer I have always used, but do not have access to the email the verification would be sent to. I need to find a way to access the account, but can't log in and can't get any information or access to a live person without data I can only access by logging in. I'm hoping to be set up as a support ticket as I saw for someone in a similar situation in this forum. If anyone has hints or tips for me I would appreciate your help!

I want to contact zoom to ask if they would consider updating to the ability for host/cohosts being able to message all other cohosts in chat in the one message while on a meeting. I want to be able to send every other co host the same message simultaneously as a group to pass on info to all of them. It would save so much time if it were able to be done. All cohosts could then see the message thread and respond. This would be helpful when dealing with bombers.
I can’t seem to be able to message zoom to ask them if this is a viable thing they could implement.
Can anyone help me with contact details for this kind of issue.

I am trying to schedule a zoom meeting. I am on the website and click on schedule meeting. It will not allow me to choose a time after 11:30 am. What am I doing wrong. I have never scheduled a meeting before.
Sometimes in a meeting we talk about a lot of follow-up tasks. Even when I use captioning and view the transcript, the transcript disappears as soon as I end the meeting. How can I print the transcript without recording the meeting?
Hello. I have turned off UK access to my meetings, because we only allow students to attend classes online if they are not in the UK -- visa regulations. But I am in the UK and this seems to stop me from starting a meeting! This seems like a bug, since no meeting host would want to restrict their own access to their own meeting! Help?
