When one of us tries to log on, it logs the other one out. We initially thought it was because we were logged in to the same profile, but one of us logs out entirely or logs into a personal account and it still “kicks the other one off” the meeting. Any suggestions?

I used to be able to have my active zoom video overlap the webpages I was on. Now my video opens in a completely new desktop screen. I haven't changed any setting to make this happen but I would like to option for the view I previously had. This allows me to type during meetings while being able to see the participants I am speaking to. Can anyone help?

Hi, I am big user of the interpretation feature which is really awesome, and I have only good things to say about it. Interpreters I am working with have requested, if it is possible, to listen to each other. I'll describe one of the scenario: in this case, it would make the synchronization between the two interpreters easier if they had the option to hear each other. This should be optional only as not all translators want this, but for some, who have been used to this option in other settings, have been insisting. Can this be a feature? Or alternatively is there a way to develop this feature through the API?

Zoom v. 5.16.10 I cannot get any sound through my earbuds. They pair with the device and everything else works fine (YouTube, Messenger etc.). I have uninstalled and re-installed. No avail. I have enabled all permissions (Mic, Camera, Phone) for hte Zoom app. There just isn't anywhere to select the earbuds as the audio device. Sound comes out of the device speaker (not earbuds) and no-one can hear me speak, so the device Mic function is also being disabled. When I disconnect from the Wireless Earbuds, my Mic is enabled again, and people can hear me. Tried Zoom App, and Silk Browser, and still no sound. Hugely frustrating. Bought the tablet for meetings, using the earbuds. My android phone works fine with them on Zoom. Help is much appreciated. Thank you G

Hi, I am setting up a meeting with breakoutsessions for a client and ask for the session they want to join in in the registration questions. (I created 2 new questions asking for a workshop they want to join, with options selectable for the workshops/breakouts that are available) Is there a way to refer to the selection they make in the confirmation email? f.e. You selected [Workshop 1] and [Workshop 4] as your Workshops

I am at present running a series of teaching sessions on Zoom. One of my students cannot connect because, as she writes, she is receiving the message "meeting not available from Canada". I am based in Spain, have a paid Zoom account and am using Zoom app version 5.16.10 on an Apple Mac. I have never encountered this problem before. Has anyone got any information about problems in Canada?

Hello everyone! As far as I know, users from Ukraine don't have a 40 minutes limit. I use Zoom for teaching English and I didn't have this limit as well when I was in Ukraine, but I had to move abroad because of war. Does anybody know if there is an opportunity for Ukrainian users to continue working without the limit if they are abroad? Any suggestions how I can contact the support to ask about it?
