My Client is not receiving the meeting invitation

Hi- how to resolve this, his email ID is right but he is not receiving my meeting invite.

I am having the same issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Cant use zoom if my contacts can't receive their invitations. Is there something I need to change in preferences/settings? Anyone?
