Watching a movie
I used to be able to watch a disney plus movie with my client. I got a new computer recently and now my client can see the movie I'm sharing, but when I hit play his screen goes black. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, We are two people using the same wifi connexion for common zoom meetings (we both are interpreters). One (me) is using a laptop Imac 2019 and the other one a macbook air 2022. Since she (the other one) moved to sonoma on her mackbook air, whenever we are on the same zoom meetings, we notice major packets losses (audio and video) on both computers (more on the one connecting in second order) to such an extent that sometimes we can't work anymore. Packet losses that don't appear when I only use my Imac or when she uses my macbook pro (no sonoma). Any clue?

Hello, I'm really hoping that someone can help me. I need to record meetings locally with the following setup: 1. Record the screen when I share my screen. Don't record the screen when I pause or stop sharing. Please help
2. Show my video (my face...me talking) on the right hand side.
3. Don't show the other participants.
I've been trying to get this taken care of through support off and on for over a month. They have not been helpful at all. They tell me to do things that don't work. Give me links that go to pages that don't apply.
I pause or stop sharing in the meetings when I am demonstrating things where my video needs to be bigger, but the recording keeps sharing my screen, keeping my video tiny, and including several other peoples' videos.
Is it possible to do this? If not, is there an alternative to Zoom that might work better?

So I'm trying to connect my mixer to the computer through a USB cable and then through my mixer I would like to use the microphone and to put some low music, i have tried sharing sound or through the mixer, but I don't know why in both ways, the voice of the microphone and the sound of the music they compete each other in the zoom so the boys disappear for periods of time, loke muted. so I want to understand why in how can I solve this problem thank you!

I work at a mostly remote place. We have trouble meeting everyone that works here. Is there a way to have an always going meeting room that authenticated people can just drop into and talk to whomever else is in there? Kind of like a virtual water cooler.

Hi, I'm trying to solve an audio issue and noticed that the audio dropdown does not include "Use specific audio input channels" I'm using a Pro account and the client version 5.16.10 (26186) Basically, I'm using a Behringer Flow8 digital mixer with 3 active mics during a webinar. Zoom keeps dropping the mic input. Does Zoom accept ASIO drivers? I'm using Windows 11 Home 23H2 on a ThinkPad P14S 64-bit 2.2Ghz, 24GB Ram Any and all help would be appreciated. Peter

Can I get a copy of a cloud zoom recording directly from zoom instead of the user who recorded our session (because they don't want to share their recording of us)?
Hello, I have followed all the instruction and the option to blur background is simply not available. I presume it may be linked to now running the latest version fo zoom. Though when I go into my App Store of laptop and phone it says its up to date. I asked in the support area a week ago and have yet to have anyone get back to me. Thanks Megan
